The apartment was at the front of the building and the noise was relentless. Impossible to have the windows open. I've stayed here before at the back of the block and there were no noise issues. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom is 'bijou' but adequate. I'd stay again, but at the back.
Finding the entrance to the block was not easy and Optima Offices helped - lose a star. The apartment - #1 - was fantastic although the bathroom space was "tight". The apartment was extremely well prepared. There were major issues with the traffic road noise. Midland Way is the through traffic route and there is a junction opposite the block for huge delivery vehicles to access the distribution centre. The traffic noise was relentless, day and night. The double glazing did not negate the noise when closed. We do not know if there are apartments to the rear where the traffic noise may/may not be an issue but for the noise level alone we would not choose to stay here again. No stars for the location
We were visiting family who lived in the area. We wanted a self-catering place so that we could make our own breakfasts at a time to suit ourselves and our family. The Midland Apartments were ideal for our 4-night stay: a good size for us, bright and clean, well-equipped and well-positioned. It was good to have our own parking slot too.
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is in a lovely town with lots to see and do. Shops (Tesco Superstore and High Street) are within easy walking distance. Loads of buses to Bristol if you don’t feel like driving there. The Managing Agents were extremely helpful and attended to our every need
2nd stay at midland way, it is such a nice place felt like my own little flat, very welcoming and modern had all the kitchen bits n bobs that I needed. It was very clean. Location is good in terms of plenty of food shops and close to the high street. It can get a busy noisy from the main road but that didn’t bother me to much. Just kept the window shut most of the time. Will definitely be using this place again and definitely recommend. It’s my new go to stay when I come up to Bristol.
