   My daughter loves her nursery, she has created a lovely bond with her carers and children. The nursery curriculum is ambitious, the kids are doing a lot of things every day, such as debutots, yoga, French lessons. There are some great initiatives the nursery has introduced recently, such as the Children’s Council. We love getting regular updates about how our daughter is doing. All in all, definitely recommend!

   Our daughter has attended this lovely nursery from the age of 4 months old and is extremely happy here and is progressing very well, as she approaches 9 months of age. The team in her room are very kind, attentive, enthusiastic and passionate about caring for the children. Always lots of fun & games going on for the kids, inside & outside, which is great to see during the day via the nursery app, where their achievements & observations are updated regularly. Our daughter always comes home very tired from her busy day learning & having fun with her friends and the lovely staff here. Great communication always, from management and always very happy to discuss anything new with us, as our daughter progresses through different stages. We are very happy with this establishment & our daughters care.

   I can’t recommend The Children’s Room nursery enough! Both my sons went here, starting from 9 months in Explorers- getting messy through exploration, fresh air in the garden and being cared for so beautifully by staff, all the way to investigators where they are prepared for school, learn yoga poses and another language-French. The care that the staff give to our precious babies at The Children’s Room is heartwarming, you get daily updates and pictures sent on how their day is going which is great to see.

   My little boy loves this nursery, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and it's a lovely spacious environment. He comes home every week having learnt so many new things, they have lots of fun, change up the activities all the time and generally encourage him to be his best self. The Manager is very helpful, friendly and responsive and it will genuinely be a shame to leave when he goes to school! Added bonus - there's a carpark!

   Absolutely disgraceful establishment. My son sustained a head injury which was caused by a staff member opening a fire door. Not only was the incident missed by the staff members on duty, but they had the audacity to claim it wasn't a serious incident despite the incident not being witnessed by any of the staff present - we had to tell them about it. To add insult to injury, they refused a refund under the company's 'refund policy', yet failed to adhere to their head-injury policy for the incident involving my son. If you're child is already enrolled, keep a very close eye on them. If you're thinking of enrolling your child, do not! I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star for this inadequate childcare service, but Google reviews doesn't doesn't have the option for it.
