This review is based purely on the administration side of things at the nursery. Having paid a registration fee, I have emailed the nursery managers of both the Trinity Crescent nursery and the Boulevard a number of times, with no reply. Their policy seems to be strange in that a registration fee is paid, but they do not let you know where you are on any waiting list. Instead parents are expected to chase the managers, only to be ignored and not receive any reply. I have emailed both Sarah and Norma a number of times. Not impressed!

Our four children who are of mixed Asian, Mediterranean and English descent have attended this nursery over the past 10 years or so. We have always found the staff to be welcoming, professional, warm and loving towards our children, which is why we keep coming back. We feel happy leaving our children in their care and have complete peace of mind that they are well cared for and in a loving environment while we are both at work. The staff and children are from many different continents and countries which is the huge bonus of growing up in London, and the children always benefit and feel at home being in such a multi cultural environment. Activities are always stimulating, fun and carefully prepared. Three of our children who have now left the nursery always speak of it with a big smile on their faces, and we are glad it has formed part of their happy childhood memories.

The Eveline Nursery at Trinity Crescent is a second home to my children. I can talk a lot about the facilities, which are very good, but overall the staff is what brings the nursery to life and I couldn't be happier and more relaxed about my children being raised in great part by such a diverse, hard working, smart and caring group of people. My children are mixed race, as other children in their classrooms. There are dozens of languages spoken by both the children and staff and there's respect and attention to individual cultures, religion and beliefs. I myself learned a lot by having my children celebrating holidays from cultures I wasn't aware of and I'm thankful for that. That's yet another reason why I think this Nursey is quite special. Sarah and Joan run a very tidy ship, always accommodating and understanding of the challenges of everyday life. During COVID information flow was very good and I feel like they've opened as much as they could have while being responsible towards them and the local community. I've recommended Eveline in Trinity Crescent to all my friends, and some have taken their kids there and are also very happy. The children are happy, the activities they have these days are great. From forest school, to mindfulness, French classes, sport days. It goes on and on. Overall I'm just thankful I found this splace.

I love Trinity Crescent Eveline Nursery. My daughter attended here from 6 months old and my son is still enjoying his time at the setting. It is such a warm and loving place for the children to play and learn. It is a very diverse, multi-cultural and inclusive nursery that celebrates all the various religious festivals and holidays and the staff are all from various different backgrounds too. Sarah and Joan are a fantastic double act who really make you feel part of the Eveline family. I would highly recommend this nursery to prospective parents.

We could not be happier with Eveline. Our son doesnβt just attend child care he is truly loved and cared about. He goes in and comes out smiling every day. Staff are outstanding - they keep us updated with day to day happenings and also his progress and development. Sarah and Joan (managers) know everyone child, parents, sibling and petβs name. The menu, facilities and activities are all fabulous. Thank you Eveline for loving our little guy!

An exceptional nursery that celebrates and educates those from all cultures and backgrounds. My family have been attending for two generations now and I hope it continues forever.
