Place is rundown and dirty - empty wrappers, tissues and dust within the soft play. Needs a good clean. Staff also not very friendly. Wouldn’t recommend.

Found this soft play in the last few months. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The facilities are good / safe, cater for a range of ages, have plenty of space to sit inside and offer drinks/snacks if you need them. There is also lots of free parking space outside too. Venue could benefit from a little bit of signage on the road leading in and as you enter the car park.

The chap on the front desk (ARCHIE, I asked him his name so I could leave this review) was so amazing, there was a neurodiverse NON VERBAL child who was not being good with other children and his mother was watching him very closely (this can be challenging for parents) so Archie stepped in and interacted with the child giving him so much attention whilst watching the front desk and dealing with members of the public. He interacted with other children as well and was so so kind. Archie is an asset to your team. The centre was busy when we arrive but the other members of staff were monitoring the play area very well. Kitchen staff were very friendly and even though busy they had time to answer questions.

Honestly the BEST place !!! We have been turned down from Parents Paradise, too much pre-booking and all that stuff . So we quickly searched for another softplay , and found this one 6 minutes away from the other place , first the route to getting here is kinda sketchy but trust the GPS , next thing I know when I go to ask if you need a booking they say no not at all witch I was sooo so happy about !! My kids were crying because they coudn't get trough at Parents Paradise , but fear no more this place has it all when you order food you get waaayyy bigger portions than at PP, there I got 3 chicken nuggets and soo little fries here I got a big big plate of 6 chicken nuggets and loads of chips ,for the same price and there you pay for entry and only stay 2hours and here you can stay as much as you want !! And bonus such lovely Staff definitely my go to place now ! Please never change !!!

Love this place, by far the best one around. 3 levels of fun for the kids and me. You pay and can stay as long as you want unlike most others were you have a hour or 2 max. Manager is friendly and always has a chat, can take your own food and drink and even have a cafe what sells hot drinks and food

Was a great play area for cheap price, although could not stay long due to it being so cold inside, even I as the adult couldn’t stand on the cold mats for long, some reason the heaters were not being used and the building is like an old tin shed.

I visited the soft play for the first time last week with my daughter; she loved it. Reasonably priced snacks and drinks available too. The staff were really lovely; so friendly and welcoming. Thank you! We'll visit again soon.

Great team, very organised and supportive during the birthday party as well. Room was ready in advance which meant we could add our last minute touches without worry. Kids had a great time!

Had an amazing 3 days at this place . The people were brilliant and so friendly the kids had a fantastic time . Very clean and comfortable couldn’t ask for a more. beds are very comfy slept so well . Was a great experience for the children to see how it was to be evacuated in the war as a child . And the sort of food that was rationed . The museum was so interesting and the people telling us all about the types of things that happened . Kids loved it and us teachers did to . Would recommend this to any one that’s interested .

A fantastic find! We live 20 minutes away and never knew this existed. A great, large soft play and jungle gym suitable for all ages. They have a lovely little cafe serving hot food and drinks, all very reasonably priced. Fantastic customer service, especially from Donald (not sure of the owner) who's passion shines through. We went today (half term) and it's not overly busy but there's enough space for loads of kids and cafe seating for adults. Definitely worth checking out. A little tricky to find but it's directly opposite the Lincolns Fields office and plenty of car parking available.
