   Absolutely awful I would avoid at all cost awful the nursery manager and nursery owner being the worst it shows in their heavy turnover of staff and small amount of nursery attendees they are vicious aggressive and seem to have no real compassion or empathy they will take the children a small communal outdoor area to play and they attentiveness to the children is non existence we have witnessed them shout at kids and take kids out in public under staff it seems they have no real structure.

   Phenomenally rude staff, disgusting attitude to the community and neglect to the children I have personally seen staff take the children out and ignore them when they fall over and request to use the bathroom they are not attentive enough to the children and one day I witnessed one kid was able to run out in the street because there was no watching him as they proceeded to leave the nursery to take the children out

   My son was at this nursery from 7 months and I must say that he really enjoyed it. Staff were warm and friendly and I never saw anything that caused me concern when it came to his care. He is now 2 years old and I never picked him up with his nappies dirty or clothes dirty or wet, as they always changed him when there were any 'accidents'. I never experienced any aggressive behaviour towards him or other children and he learned some good manners (saying please and thank you etc.) whilst there. Of course , there is always room for improvement and my only reservation is that there could be more outdoor activities for the children.

   Avoid this nursery at all costs. I came here for a 3 day taster session I was just appuald by the lack of attention these children are given. I saw staff aggressively yell at 2 year olds for misbehaviour. Staff would allow children sit in dirty nappies for 2 hours. They let young children out to play without coats in the cold weather. The environment is not a positive or inclusive. The nursery manager clearly shows no respect towards her staff or the issues they face. It seems like the manager isn't bothered about anything.
