Playdays is an outstanding nursery, and I have absolutely no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending it. The staff are exceptionally kind, patient, and nurturing, creating a truly welcoming and supportive environment for the children. We feel incredibly lucky to have secured our son a place at such a special nursery. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Our son had the most wonderful experience at Playdays Nursery, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, Miss Kerry and the team made us feel welcomed and reassured. Over the past year and a half, they’ve created such a warm, caring, and supportive environment where our little boy felt happy, secure, and excited to come in every day. The staff at Playdays are truly exceptional. They are kind, nurturing, and genuinely dedicated to the children’s well-being and development. The love and attention they give to each child is so beautiful to witness, and it’s something we deeply appreciated every single day. Our son is also allergic to milk and eggs, and we were impressed by how well this was handled. The team were always attentive and thorough, making sure he had an adapted menu and felt completely safe and included at mealtimes. We also really appreciated the variety of activities from baby yoga, to creative arts and time outdoors, our son particularly enjoyed playing ball in the garden! We wholeheartedly recommend Playdays to any parent looking for a loving, safe, and truly caring environment. It is a lovely nursery run by very caring people!
Playdays is a very special nursery! The genuinely caring staff create a nurturing environment where my children have thrived. Stimulating activities that perfectly balance fun and learning. Communication is excellent - regular updates that keep us connected. We feel beyond lucky to have found Playdays one of our best parenting decisions - I couldn't recommend them more highly to other families!
My son went to PlayDays nursery and Ms Kerry and her team have took care of him really well for the last 6 months. My son joined the nursery when he was around 8 months old, with the team doing a home visit to introduce themselves to my son and performed a detailed profiling of his likes and dislikes and daily routine. During the first day of the settling I still remember that the key teacher started to introduce him to the new friends and toys and gradually make him feel more comfortable. The settling sessions were really good to slowly step up with the hours per day, which helps with the separation anxiety for first time parents. My son started off crying whenever we dropped him off and slowly he progressed to waving bye to me after a couple of weeks, which gave me the comfort that he’s enjoying himself there. The staffs were really enthusiastic and seems very passionate about giving the best they could for the babies. They take them out for walks, create art pieces with them, did lots of fun play, take lots of photos and share with us about their growth, they hand write daily journals and note down all the big moments that we may have missed and keep us updated everyday about the fun they had. There are of course days that my son is unwell and they really put in the effort to take extra care and follow our instructions to them closely and give us timely feedback. We truly appreciate all the work that they done for us!
As parents, finding the right childcare is one of the most important decisions we make. After nearly two years at Playdays Nursery, we can confidently say we made the absolute best choice for our son. From the moment he started in the baby room, the level of care and nurturing has been outstanding. The staff are incredibly attentive, creating a warm and safe environment. As he progressed to the toddler room, we were continually impressed by the stimulating activities and learning opportunities provided. Our son's language skills, social abilities and overall confidence have blossomed. The variety of age appropriate activities like art, music, sensory play and outdoor time keeps every day engaging and fun. What also sets Playdays apart is the excellent quality of the food provided! We cannot say enough about this incredible nursery. The facilities are great but it's really the caring, professional staff that make Playdays so special. We are eternally grateful for the wonderful start they've given our son.
I went there. paid registration fees. Never heard back from them after 10 months! Thanks for your response. First, we always initiated the contact. So there was never a regular update from the nursery side. Second, I understand the waiting list but if it is an extensive one you should not require parents to pay non-refundable registration fees until when it starts to make sense. 10 months without any offer is simply unacceptable.
Playdays nursery is a lovely nursery. The baby room has such passionate staff. They looked after our boy from 5 months old and have been very attentive and caring ever since. Even with his constant reflux and special formula feeds, they really made us feel worry free knowing he was being looked after so well. Thank you Kerry and her team for giving him a great start at nursery life :)
B started from toddler room to pre school and he is really happy in Playdays. Kerry is very professional and experienced and all the nursery staffs are so caring, loving and understanding. My son has a few allergies and bad eczema. All his menu is well catered and they have an amazing in house chef to cook them nutritious meals.
Playdays is an exceptional nursery with wonderful staff. Our children have loved their time with Kerry and her team including all the amazing extra-curricular activities such as swimming, dancing etc that Playdays organise. Would not hesitate to recommend.
My sons loved it at Playdays (Barons Court branch) and we have known the staff for over 5 years now. My kids started in the baby room and graduated from pre-school to leave for formal school. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone without hesitation. It is a happy nursery with excellent, professional and caring staff.
