   I always wondered about the 'best rated in Bath' sign outside Madison Oakley... Having purchased one of their properties as a first time buyer, I can absolutely see why. A viewing with Carey was night and day compared with 'high street' agency brands. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable viewing the property giving us the headspace to fall in love with the property! Shout out to Sarah and Abi in the office for their aftercare. Wouldn't hesitate to use when we sell in the future.

   We chose Madisons due to their experience in selling property. No sales talk just the required facts, info and what we needed to know to sell the house, which was greatly appreciated. We had a slightly longer sale period due to requiring deeds and probate but Madisons staff all gave excellent service, advice and help throughout. Photos and info of the property were superb and any unusual question I asked was answered with patience and understanding. In the end the sale price was pretty much as Madisons originally specified.
