   I have tried to get help with my ex-boyfriend in our relationship. First, I attended to discuss how we can figure it out at the Monarch house counselling. I got a very kind, helpful and smart person, which I did not have problem with, also the first conversation with someone else was great as well. My issue was when I made an appointment for the partner, as we were willing to attend separately first, and when I asked the woman who was dealing with the appointment, Angelique, if he responded and attends or not, as I could not speak to him to ask, I asked her and she told me that she can not talk to me about him. I only asked to know if there is any sense for me to continue as well(start both individually, then later couple therapy), because if he does not go, no point for me either. So I was wondering, then texted her, that it is allowed for me to book for him and maybe even pay for it, but I can not know if he attends. When I said this, I got the info at the end, but still, I do not think that we needed to go into this like this, it was a simple question from me, which was even fair. He finally attended around 3 weeks after me. As he told me, when he started to try to talk about our issues, they said they can not talk about me. HE wanted to talk, and he said he did not try to make them give out any information about me, because we know, it is not allowed for them. He supposed to be able to talk about anything he wish for. That is why he pays. At the end I paid for mine 225 pounds all together for 5 sessions, he paid 45 pounds for 1, plus the money to get there, and be off work. I told them I would not attend if it is only about me, because of financial situation, but I did try as it was very important for me to find solution, so they knew also, but even if they did not know, should not try to promise to provide something, make them pay and then refuse to do it. Paid basically for zero help in my relationship. After all, they did not offer discount to me and Angelique even told me she will go to court if I do not pay. The service I asked for and been promised to me, did not happen, the second star is for Helen, cos she is a star, the rest of the place I experienced, I am sorry to say, but useless. No offense to receptionist, she was also nice. Peace

   The company I used to work for was based here when we started out. The offices are spacious, well proportioned and looked after. The staff were always helpful and rates were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good office in Bedminster/South Bristol.
