My son stays here. Staff are fantastic, I feel happy and relieved knowing they keep him safe and also give him a fun time. He asks to come and stay!
Your lights are too bright at night and early in the morning. It's really affecting your neighbours. Please consider turning them off a couple of hours earlier at night and stay off until the next day. You currently have them on until midnight and on again at 6am. People can't sleep properly like that.
Applewood is the best respite centre! My daughter has been going for nine years. The staff are amazing and so friendly and caring. It is the only reliable resource available for our respite and we are truly grateful.
My experience wasn't very good
Your alarms go off at all time of day and night. If it is not for several hours during the day - it is for several hours during the night. You are a noisy neighbour.
