   Cygnets Childcare are passionate, welcoming and have a great level of care with the children. Both of my children have been at Cygnets. The older child is now at primary school but still talks about how much he enjoyed his time there. The youngest is currently attending and he is so happy, eating nutritious and tasty food. He is thriving in the care of Peter and Rose

   Very disappointed!! Arranged the times on the phone and when I had to go and do the paperwork the times we agreed was a problem also wanted to be paid 10 hours but was only aloud to have 6 hours out of them 10! Another thing was that I wasn't aloud to look around by person only by phone which as a mother you want to see where your child will be and when I just turned up the husband of the family business was putting something outside and a child ran to the door was no safety there

   I am so lucky to have found Cygnets Childcare, we met with Rose when we were still pregnant with our first and felt straight away that this was the right place for our family. We now have two, one in full care and one in before and after school care and we couldn't be happier. Being able to leave your children to go to work and feel 100% comfortable with the fact they they will be well looked after, fed nutritious food, safe and loved is invaluable. They are flexible and understanding and more importantly the kids loves everyone that works there!

   Cygnets childcare comes highly recommended. As a first time mum, I have received great support in raising my daughter. Being a student, Rosey and team have supported us whilst I pursue my studies by offering flexible hours, which means I can get to where I need to be on time and have that sense of ease knowing my daughter is well taken care of. The staff are professional and friendly therefore, I find it easy to express any concerns I might have and I feel listened to. My daughter says she always has delicious food to eat and should she need anything, there is always someone to help. Cygnets to me represents family because they go beyond knowing the child but they make a great effort to get to know you as well. Cygnets is the answer to childcare.

   I was quite apprehensive to leave my daughter with a total stranger but just after the first visiting at Cygnet my daughter started running around as if she had been to Cygnet before, running to the staff , I was sold out, didn't even bother looking around as I trusted my daughter's instinct. Children don't normally run where they don't feel safe..but at Cygnet, the love, kindness & patience they have is amazing not towards the children even towards us as parents. I feel involved and cared for as well, which is fantastic!! Now I'm have a piece of mind while working knowing my child is being well looked after. Definitely recommend Cygnet to any parent. Cygnet has so much to offer.

   Cygnets Childcare is the best. My son always look forward going there. The staff is very nice. I've always received great advices from them and they all helped us a lot. Never had a bad experience there, my son enjoys spending time with them. I feel calm when my son is with them because I know he's happy and safe doing lots of activities. I always know what they've been doing from daily dairy. I recommend to everyone!
