Ordered their chicken wrap at winter wonderland on the 27th of December for Β£13 and it was absolutely disappointing and an oil-disaster. The wrap was super slim for the price and the amount of oil dripping from the wrap was shocking, and there was no easy way to eat it without making a huge mess. The taste didn't compensate for this oily experience either. I do not recommend and would advice you see a GP after eating it.

Food was pretty good. A bit light on the meat. I liked the crunch from the veggies. The large size shawarma was big enough for two people. Food was hot and fresh.

Really yum. I've walked past so often but never been in the need for food. But today I was in the mood for a meaty wrap and it was great. The team was lovely, and the food was tasty, hot, and fast. Will def be back.

I came here for lamb shawarma, but unfortunately, they werenβt serving it that day even though itβs listed on the menu. Ended up ordering the chicken instead, but it was disappointing β very oily and overly spicy. On the plus side, the cabbage inside added a nice crunch and flavor. Also worth noting: they donβt sell beef shawarma at all, which was a letdown.

For years I have been trying to get my parents to try shawarma, and I finally got this to take the leap of faith in London of all places. Lucky for us, right next to Waterloo station, there is a very noticing Shawarma stand. The stand is very small, but it is very clean. When you walk up to the window you can see the fresh ingredients and meats (lamb and chicken) that they carve up for your shawarmas. There are several shawarma menu items, and a handful of sides. The attendants were helpful and friendly, but it was difficult to hear what they were saying (spoke softly). I love shawarma and I've had so many different kinds and some in the Middle East. This one is very tasty and hearty. While it was nice that the shawarma was loaded with veggies, meats, and other components, I would have liked more of the sauce(s). This is an easy meal to bring back to your place or to take with you on the go. Check out this stand when you get a chance! Some tips: Ask for the salt and vinegar for your fries. Also, if you don't love much spicy heat you can ask them for less of the chili sauce. There is no seating in the immediate area, but if you walk a few blocks you can enjoy your shawarma while sitting on a bench along the Thames. Cheers!!

Not amazing very standard kebab. It's a bit rubbery and hard so. Would be much better if it were more soft and tender.

The chicken shawarma I ordered was decidedly the worst shawarma I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. It was served to me pretty much cold, with the wrap tearing apart due to lack of heating. The mixture of poor quality salads and weird chilli paste I didnβt ask for tasted horrible, with the chicken being mediocre too. Highly overpriced for what it is too, and the staff arenβt exactly pleasant either. I couldnβt even eat 1/4 of it, even while being hungry and after a drink. Despite that, the toilet experience and stomach pains next day were highly unpleasant. Wouldnβt recommend, much better going to McDonaldβs next door, at least itβs a safe bet.

The food is *DELISH*. The prices are reasonable. The place is very clean, but most importantly the staff are really, really nice. Plus it's open till very late! 100% recommend.

This was my worst eating experience that I can recall in the last few decades. Initially I thought it was just an unlucky first mouthful, but my lamb shawarma turned out to be "gristle all the way down". They gave me the bits of 'meat' that I would have cut off and put in the bin. And it's not just the foregone calories - it's the indignity of pulling out these unswallowable bits of carcas that has prompted me to write this review.
