   Feeling very happy! Was lucky enough to sit down with Ben (for 3 hours)who was amazingly patient! We were booking for around 20 of us and we had no idea where, after looking through numerous hotels and photos we finally settled on one! Ben was so helpful, plenty of advice and tips, and he's helping me book my next one in September! Definitely reccomend TUI Bristol!!

   I have just booked a Marella cruise with Lisa at the TUI branch in Knowle Bristol. She was able to answer all my questions with ease and we sailed through the booking process (excuse the pun!) Lisa was very knowledgeable but most importantly very friendly. I would happily book another holiday and refer friends to TUI with customer service like that. 5* review from me.

   We visited Nicola to look at booking a family holiday with a range of dates to work with and looking for advice. Nicola was so informative and provided us with a variety of destination recommendations. We were undecided and didn’t feel any pressure to book on the spot so we went away and had a think . I rang Nicola back with a few questions and she went above and beyond and was super helpful. We have now booked the Holiday and would highly recommend the store all staff were very welcoming
