Having spent several seasons on the Alannia Resort in our caravan, we often had friends and family put up in a EuroResorts cabin when they came to visit and they were always very pleased with the accommodation. In September 2025 we returned to Alannia to visit friends and booked a EuroResorts cabin. We were delighted with it. It was immaculately presented and the Representative on site were absolutely brilliant - nothing was too much trouble for them. And another huge plus - the beds were sooooo comfy. We’ll definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending EuroResorts to others.

Out 2nd stay at Euro Resorts and we were very happy with the accommodation we had on both trips but the second chalet was more comfortable as it had soft furnishings. Everything you need is in place and for extras just ask at reception where the great staff will assist you in any thing your require, and if cannot assist they will point you in the right direction.
Over all is was a very pleasant break and we will return in 2026.

We have spend a wonderful 2 months with Euroresorts on Alannia Costa Blanca last February and March (2025). The mobile home was perfect. Clean, relatively new, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a livingroom with kitchen. Gas stove with 4 burners, so perfect for our cooking ;-) Preferrably we would have liked to have a little bigger bathroom/shower, but we have managed well. Clean towels and bed linnen every week to collect, and that was really nice.
Sales and aftersales/customer service has been great. Very responsive and helpfull, all to just make sure we were accommodated prior to and during our stay.
We also loved Alannia Costa Blanca. Very well equiped camp site, with loads of things to do on site and off site. Wonderful swimming pool, great spa, and very useful supermarket for fresh bread and the things you might have forgotten to buy end need at the minute.
Good and relatively safe biking or hiking opportunities around the site.
Long story short, we have already booked again for next year, and we can really recommend Euroresorts and Alannia Costa Blanca.

We visited La Garangeoire in May for the first time. There were 3 families. From the start of booking, Euroresorts couldn't have done more to help us. On arrival we met Sue and Richard. What a wonderful couple. Nothing was too much trouble. Even recommended places to visit.
The site was fantastic. Everything we needed for a chilled week. We had kids aged between 10-15 and they all loved the freedom they had as the site felt very safe.
Tbe mobile home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.
We have already rebooked for next year.

This was our first holiday with Euro Parks and staying at Vila Nova. Our experience with Euro Parks and our reps, Keith and Helen cannot be faulted. They were helpful without being intrusive, very knowledgeable and were great with our two young daughters who insisted on saying hello every time they saw Keith and Helen...which was frequently!
The mobile home was great - very well equipped and comfortable throughout our ten day stay.
The campsite itself is very good. The pools, although very busy, were clean and safe. However, with two young children, we felt there was a lack of umbrellas to guarantee shade, especially around the baby pool.
The other facilities were great - the 'bouncy pillow' being a particular favourite! Our children loved the nightly disco.
An indoor, 'lounge' area would be good for mid-day when the sun is too hot and there is no shade available and would have been ideal for our last day when we had checked out and had no where to stay out of the sun.
The only real negative we experienced was when eating out. Considering that this is a campsite geared towards families, it was disappointing to find that there was no children's menu. We had to order from the adult menu and split the meal between two - which, if our daughters wanted something different from the other, caused issues! Also, the only truly child friendly meal was chicken nuggets!
In addition, as both myself and my husband are vegetarian, we found the menu limited (especially as, on a few occasions, what we asked for was unavailable) and the portions were very small in comparison to the meat meals. The pizzas were also disappointing - they looked and tasted like oven pizzas but cost €13ish.
We will, despite just those few minors at Vila Nova Campsite, be returning and will definitely be booking through Euro Parks again as we could not fault them.
The holiday as a whole was amazing, especially for our daughters!

Just back from our most recent holiday with Europarcs. We have booked with Europarcs for the last two years going to La Garangeoire with our 2 children who are 5 years old and 3 years old. We went with them on a recommendation in 2017 and I am so glad we did. They are so lovely to deal with in the office running up to the holiday, the ease in which we can pay off the holiday over the year is really brilliant for us and on the ground in La Garangeoire, Sue and Richard are such wonderful hosts, nothing was ever an issue and the mobile homes are always pristine! They even looked after my parents who arrived last minute to join us on our holiday this year. We are so happy with our experiences with them that we have already booked for 2019! They provide such a personal service and you know you are dealing with people who have been with the company for a long time so they are loyal to Europarcs and so loyal to the service they provide to their customers! Highly recommend this company for booking your family holiday! :)
