   Phoned this shop they told me they stretch ski boots while you wait. Drove 25 miles to shop after booking an appointment. Assistant sat me down whilst serving someone else, tapped my boots whilst wearing, put tape and marked as appropriate, while still assisting A N Other. Told that’s £70 I was told “can’t do them now I’m busy…… come back next week we will call you” I reply “I’m going skiing next Thursday” ….. I’m off Monday I will try and do them Tuesday. Paid my £70 went to pub up the road for food, Decided to go back to E B for ski bag, Assistant sat talking to colleague no other customers. My boots were still sat on the side. Assistant totally ignored me, (my boots could have been worked there and then. Following Tuesday waited for E B phone call they called couldn’t get through didn’t leave voice mail, I called numerous times couldn’t find anyone who knew about my boots. Called Wednesday couldn’t find my boots on system. I Phoned E B on several occasions, couldn’t get hold of “Ski Department” got hold of them at 15:30 E B didn’t know if my boots were done, 16:00 I was told they were ready. Shop shuts at 18:00, drove 25 miles to shop, Tried boots on, they were worse than original. No time to re-fit, Going skiing next day ……. No boots.

   I visited the Clifton Ellis Brigham site yesterday. I had bought a replacement pair of boots online (I know!); and never knew I had high arches, until visiting a ski shop in Austria last season with aching feet. The boots were a bit tight, so Anna was able to expand them and avoided me buying a replacement pair. Great team and excellent service; best of all a very reasonable price. Shane from Devon

   First time for buying ski boots. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I both ended up with comfortable ski boots. Great reminders for appointment. If you need a double appointment at same time just call and they sort things. Great parking outside shop - free on a Sunday!

   bought a Bataleon Whatever board and Vans snowboard boots from the Ellis brigham Bristol store. The quality of the snowboard and boots are amazing and the custom tailoring to my foot size/shape has made all the difference compared to previously just renting boots. The whole process from start to finish was super easy and enjoyable thanks to the team here. Barnie was so helpful with everything I needed, ordering in extra equipment for me to try that he thought would be fitting. The knowledge they have is so extensive and having tried the equipment themselves meant he had answers and advice for any questions I had asked. Overall extremely happy with the service I received, highly recommended anyone to visit Ellis Brigham for fitting appointments and anything snowboarding/skiing gear related. Will be a loyal customer for sure! Massive thanks to Barnie for making the whole process so smooth. and big thanks to Gabriel who took extra time to help my partner, she says her ski boots are absolutely perfect.

   Went here to learn and potentially buy some snowboarding boots. Variety at this time of year was limited, so were the sizing options. However the staff were really helpful and friendly, talking through the different options with us. One staff member in particular was amazing and really knowledgeable (thank you, sorry we didn’t get your name!!). Would definitely go back for future gear

   Booked an appointment for ski boot fitting after Snow and Rock didn't have any availability and very pleased we found these guys. Jakob was incredibly knowledgeable, offered me lots of options and made sure I had boots that fit perfectly. We could tell all the staff there were more concerned with finding the right boots for everyone than selling more expensive ones, and the guarantees they come with are fantastic for peace of mind in case they don't feel right on holiday. Thanks again guys, love my new boots and can't wait to hit the pistes.

   My husband and I had ski boots fitted at Ellis Brigham in Bristol. Excellent service. The staff were knowledgeable and well trained. Jakob and James who did the fittings were charming and helpful. We had custom footbeds, and so our new boots fit perfectly. Well done for outstanding service - this is becoming a rarity today.
