   I started seeing Liz over a year ago for anxiety & relationship/attachment issues. Since then we have worked alot on self esteem & some inner child work. Her approach varies depending on how im feeling or what im struggling with each week. She reminds me of my progress when i cant see it for myself & gives me tools to continue making progress. I never feel judged, just supported & motivated. She just gets me! She’s an amazing therapist. I would highly recommend Liz!
