Zuben is very professional with a depth of knowledge. He explained the causes of the pain in simple words and cure suggestions were simple too. Worth a long distance travel.

I booked an appointment with Innes for a general review of my back and spinal health. Innes was welcoming and knowledgable and took great care in taking a detailed history and providing treatment. Innes also followed-up with recommended exercises for me to do in the gym to reduce the risk of injury when undertaking daily tasks. Highly recommended and worth every penny - I will be returning in the future.

Within 2 sessions Zubin had managed to release decades of tension and restricted movement in my neck and shoulder muscles at a foundational level where yoga stretching or ordinary massage had only scratched the surface. Flexibility has returned and the severe headaches that were increasingly frequent over the years have disappeared. Would highly recommend.
I have had an ongoing issue with my right shoulder for the last 10 years and recently it had become significantly worse. Zubin treated me twice and has given me a number of exercises to do at home.
