Went for a pre-book gait analysis. Turned up on time and no one was manning the kiosk. Waited 10 minutes and no one turned up. Very limited stock qnd didn't really have much variety.
This store has been updated! Runners Need & Cotswold Outdoor are now downstairs with all the Ski gear, making it super easy to shop. The upstairs is now closed which makes the store much more accessible.The team are friendly, as always, and the range is great!
Large store, plenty of parking. Great staff!! Super friendly, helpful and really did go above and beyond.
Disappointing. For such a large, out of town shop, they had no stock of any of the items that I went for. I had specifically travelled to the shop so that I could try on the items I wished to buy, and had checked that they were in stock online first. Apparently people only want skiing gear in November, so all the hiking leggings have been moved offsite.
With wanting to know more about the difference between a couple of jackets an extremely helpful Rhys from their switchboard directed me to this store. I spoke to Anna who I must say was nothing less that brilliant, a real credit to the company. Her product knowledge was exceptional, she listened & answered my questions fully, she also threw in a curve ball on another jacket. It is very rare these days to find someone that is dedicated to a company that wants to make sure that you are buying the correct item, I received some of the best service in a very long time, so thank you.
