Unfortunately DPD lost my order and tried to blame the Vendor however Rob and Dave at UKSF grabbed another set and drove them over 40 miles to me within 24 hours of finding this issue out.    Absolute SHAMBLES!! Order arrived a month late, despite allowances for the pandemic already in place and readily welcomed and accepted. Barely any communication received (this is the annoying part), hard to get updates from the company, only provided tracking numbers after we demanded a refund. When the order did eventually arrive after all this hassle and uncertainty it was not correct!!! (Plates missing and mismatched plates received). The collars were lost in transit and refunded so we've bought some from a more reliable place. No compensation offered for the terrible (and I mean terrible) service. Lucky the quality of the products is good and google doesn't offer 0 star reviews. Spend your money elsewhere. P.S. this anger and frustration could have been avoided if the company just communicated with their customers.
