BCE Riley have the worst customer service ever, that is if they don't ignore you or palm you off. But that's ok, because disgruntled people don't just disappear. They spread word.
Ordered a pool table on 28th November 2023 for a little boy’s Christmas, payment taken, order confirmed but no shipment date given. More than 2 weeks later and several emails sent and not replied to, no reply from the chat bot and no answer from the phone lines. I wish I had looked at all the other google and trustpilot reviews. Coming up to Christmas I can’t be expected to hope and wait that you might process my order. I think that over 2 weeks is long enough to get some sort of estimate. My next step is to contact my credit card company and report this as fraud. My name is Janette Murray if anyone would like to help.
Quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with! if you want a pool table dont buy it off them. Try Home Leisure Direct instead as they guarantee what they are going to deliver and when they are going to deliver it .
