   Top tier customer service. Peter demonstrated what great business is all about. He was responsive, thoughtful and incredibly helpful in his communications, ensuring that I left with the products I needed. The quality of the service he provided was excellent. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. So much so, I travelled from Bristol to collect the items. If I am looking for fitness equipment in future, this will be the first place I’ll check out.

   Ordered a cross trainer which arrived badly damaged, in fact it was the most damaged delivery I've ever had from any company. The box looked to have been dropped on one corner (they weigh nearly 100kg) and at the other end had a hole large enough to put your head through. I had to chase Fitness Superstore to send a replacement but they would only do that when the original one arrived back at their warehouse first which took a few days (there is no legal reason for this, only their own processes and this is a poor customer experience). 2nd one arrived almost as badly damaged, completely split open down one side so I declined delivery again. Its clear they are either trying to sell off very old stock of this particular model or have issues with either the warehouse or delivery loading and unloading. I've asked for my money back but have been told their process is only to refund once the item arrives back at their warehouse which they don't appear to be in any rush to achieve. Again, that's their process not a legal requirement, its pretty clear cut - I paid for a product didn't receive it in reasonable condition twice (not even remotely reasonable) and it was never unloaded so there is no reason to be withholding my refund. Update - Fitness Superstore never refunded me, in the end I had to raise a Credit Card dispute and managed to finally get my money back 23 days after original order. They also tried to remove the original review from Trust Pilot so I'm not sure how accurate their TrustPilot score really is.

   Do not use this company is your warning. They accept no responsibility. Guaranteed next day delivery is not guaranteed. Been 48 hours late so far and still no idea when items are being delivered. Took the day off work to be able to be in as the dispatch email will tell you £50 fine if your not in to accept delivery. However they do not care if the item/items are not delivered. Currently no idea when the items I ordered will be delivered even though it was guaranteed next day. I got the £6.95 delivery cost returned as a gesture 'of good will'. How nice of them. You'll get plenty of sorry words but nothing to help with the time you've lost. Any tracking you get send is useless doesn't inform you when your item will be delivered. Overall I'd use a different company. Happy to take your cash for a service they do not provide.

   Ordered an eliptical Cross trainer from this website in mid January & delivery was on time but once product was assembled it was defective, making a large scraping noise. Got in touch with the company immediately and still 2 weeks later no luck, I still have the broken product and no one is getting back to me. I have kindly asked for a refund and still no reply. Would not recommend buying from this retailer, customer service is appalling. The equipment cost over £500! Will be taking this further. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!
