    Training online with Steph each week gives me chance to drill, practice and flow with others. Steph combines attention to detail with an appreciation that all our bodies are unique and move in different ways.     Steph’s bootcamp sessions are absolutely brilliant. Steph motivates you at every session to be the best you can be. Always on hand to correct form and give advice and her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. The virtual classes are just as engaging and effective.     I have known Steph now for quite a few years yet she never ceases to keep our workouts fun and interesting. Steph is very dedicated and is always updating her knowledge on how to achieve the best results for her clients. She loves learning new skills and passing them on to her clients. One of my favourites is animal flow. This is such an amazing way to keep fit and flexible which I would have never had the chance to learn if I wasn't training 1-2-1 with Steph. Steph never makes me feel insecure and is amazing at working with your strengths while not ignoring your weaknesses! A word of warning though,when Steph says "I have a great workout planned for us today!", Just know she is about to beast you and you WILL ache for a few days! Would highly recommend Steph for anyone who wants to lose weight,get flexible or simply be healthier.
