   When I entered the store,I wanted bananas, (priced wrong) got milk and went to check out put items on counter and asked for a euro millions wager and was asked if I wanted a receipt,I have been bit on the arse before so said yes.get home and the ticket was lotto. I don't like staff in and shop on mobile phones while working and have to wait for them to finish promptly or not.I don't agree with staff being on their own in store either,the assistant was polite but not supported.

   The Store Manager Roger of this Iceland branch is very unprofessional. Speaking as an ex member of staff, he would act in a spiteful way cutting employees hours down if he didn't get his own way and would talk about most members of staff to others (like laugh about their appearance and weight ) including looking at CCTV system of colleagues and making fun and jokes. This is an abuse of CCTV if nothing else but it is just wrong and unprofessional to treat hardworking staff like this. Many have left this store because of his behaviour and attitude but the HR department does not seem to care what he does and brush complaints under the carpet. I would not recommend working here. You are treated poorly by both the company and the store managers and are expected to do multiple jobs at the same time all while on MINIMUM WAGE. Hours are very unstable and will be adjusted without notice, and managers will put breaks on your timesheet but don't expect you to take them so they expect a lot of free labour to just get the job done. On other hand, most general staff members in this branch are friendly but I also know a lot have also left the company this year and moved onto much better and deserving things which seems to have caused this shop to be desperate for staff to cover shortage. This shortage made worse by current manager Roger as he creates such an unpleasant working environment. In essence do not work here or any Iceland branch if you can help it and try to find a much more positive work place as this company and its managers run you down. #Poorservice #Longqueues

   Extortionate prices and They stopped selling cinnamon cheesecake ,which is something that I really liked when they used to sell it that is still do now youknow I still like it now but the only difference is , is that they don’t sell it anymore , plus long queues at tills and youknow why that is dont ya because the other tills are closed obviously or and out of order which ever you want to describe it as. Plus the size of the pizzas are smaller ,and, getting smaller too and they have also stopped selling cherry lollies ashamed of you Iceland ashamed of this place ,Don’t go here AVOID , AVOID at all costs, won’t be coming/going back here ever again.

   You can get most of things and good varieties of frozen foods. Staffs helpful plus over 60 get discount on all shopping. Staffs are very helpful
