A proper Iceland, modern clean well lit and plenty of staff. I go here because the closet to where I live, Hinckley branch is the exact opposite.
I use the store weekly and I always have a positive experience, the staff have always been good, the store is always clean and prices are low.
Very poor customer service,, refused to give discount without bonus card, although this implied on the shelf discount of 10% with proof. Only told when at checkout.. Need to scan code and come back next week, charming. Manager not intested, apparently everyone knows you need a bonus card.. Good luck with that
Overall, I had a positive experience at Iceland Supermarket Blaby. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of frozen foods, as well as fresh produce and other grocery items. In my opinion the prices are a bit high, but I think for the quality of products is worth it. We've bought a profiterole cake which is really delicious. The parking lot at is small, so it can be difficult to find a spot during peak hours.

Tills are a little too tight together and get claustrophobic in peak time but otherwise a solid example of an Iceland store.
The fact you have to pay to park is terrible, not Iceland's fault but it's killing the businesses.
Lovely staff very helpful, took time to help & did ignore me . I have not been to Iceland for along time & was surprised at all the grocery items available
