   Made a large order to feed people visiting. Delivery was estimated to be 40mins, however food took another 40mins, making it over an hour for delivery. People were left hungry and waiting. When I called to complain I was promised that next time we ordered we would get something 'special', meaning I would have to order more food in order to get any sort of compensation. Not impressed with the service. Please ensure your website shows more accurate delivery times.

   I recently ordered the Shawarma Blast, and I’m quite disappointed with the quality. The dish was filled with french fries and had only about 3-4 very very thin slices of shawarma chicken. It felt more like eating fries with some sauce rather than a proper shawarma. I was expecting a balanced portion, especially for the price paid. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and portioning in the future.I am very disappointed with today’s experience

   AVOID! Ordered from here the other evening. Went with the Buy one get one free offer as there were two of us and the offer appeared competitive. When delivered we only received one pizza. Called the restaurant asking why and were dismissive saying the offer was only valid Tuesdays.. so remove it on Wednesday then! Just Eat were equally as useless too. As if we are going to pay £24.99 for one pizza is daylight robbery in the first place. Food wasn't good either. Plenty of other decent establishments around Rugby. AVOID CAPRINOS!

   Awful place. Says buy one get one free on just eat which is why we ordered from there as i think its overpriced. We only received one pizza instead of two and the guy from the restaurant was rude and unhelpful. He eventually said 'the offer is only for tuesdays'. It doesnt say anywhere on just eat about it being only on tuesdays which makes it misleading. I took it up with just eat and they were just as useless. Much better places around to order from, avoid caprinos!!

   Just wanna say we love the variety of pizzas and the sides! So many delicious sides that are available in the combo deals too, unlike other places. Unique pizza options and it actually has **RANCH** as a sauce!!!!!!!!!!! If we could give it more stars, we would! We ordered the Elfs Dinner combo and got the Donor Heatwave pizza and a new Butter Paneer Pizza, Mac & cheese bites & Mozzarella Sticks, chocolate pizza and a 1.5L drink. The pizza bases themselves are phenomenal (garlic butter on the ones we ordered) on thin crust. For the pizza and side options compared to other places we will absolutely be ordering again. Also, tried ordering online but the website wasn't working at the time, called in to place an order and was immediately helped out without issue. Cheers.

   I've now had several Caprinos pizzas and every single time I've been very impressed. The pizzas are tasty, the bases are some of the best bases I've ever had. The sides are lovely, the curly fries are gorgeous and cooked perfectly. The deals are pretty good, especially the 2 for Tuesday. They also deliver very quickly, so quick on fact, I'm often surprised they're there when they are. Can recommend.

   Today I had very worst experience .when I ordered 15 inch buy one get one free pizza then they delivered only one pizza so I argue to delivery girl she sai speak to my colleague so I spoke to him. he said no we don't refund you money back one thing we must do that is I will give you free pizza for next time when you want to ordered pizza then I give you that one free. but I ordered today behalf of my friend that is very embarrassing for me . After all that situation I ordered coke hot chocolate pizza in dessert and donut which cost 10 pound then they they give me that pizza which they forget . when my friend start eating that pizza there was human black colour hair in the pizza dough and my friend have blond hair . worst experience I am very disappointed today from caprinos rugby. I will never want to ordered again from there. And pizza when they delivered that was very cold

   1st time trying Caprinos today (son usually insists we go to another well known pizza shop beginning with D!). Anyway..... we were really really pleased with Caprinos!! Very tasty, hot, generous with the cheese, choice of free dip, good prices (10% off if you order online, and the staff at collection were super friendly! Highly recommended.

   My new favourite pizza place. Very delicious, love the thin crust option and the toppings are great. Worth to try is also cheesy bites and bbq wings, they are very nice too. Quick delivery service.

   I went on there opening day with 50% off. Never heard of this company even though there Website mentioned they have 50/60 branches. I had veg supreme and they it was surprisingly tasty. Lovely lovely pizza. Didn’t know they are HALAL as well before order. Next time will try something different. I will be back for sure.
