Food was absolutely banging. Waitress was great, attentive and service with a smile! Go for the fried chicken, thats what the restaurant is named after and it is BEAUTIFUL. Will definitely come again!

I stayed at a nearby hotel for a couple of nights and decided to try Karaage for lunch, as the décor was appealing and the menu looked authentically Japanese. We ordered a california maki and fried chicken bao to start, followed by chicken katsu curry and chicken yakisoba (recommended by the waiter). The sushi roll was tasty but far too tiny. The bao was underwhelming, with the bun breaking apart easily. On the positive side, the chicken katsu curry was excellent…the curry soaked nicely into the chicken and rice, making it really flavorful. Unfortunately, the yakisoba was a disappointment; it lacked flavor and was quite boring. Service was quick, friendly, and professional, but overall I found the prices high for the portion sizes and quality. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back.

Staff were friendly but honestly, this is the most disappointing fried chicken I've ever had. Would not call it karaage at all, nothing was crunchy, the bites weren't really seasoned. My burger filets weren't even breaded even though the menu says fried. Feels misleading. Fries were also mediocre. Two stars instead of one because at least it wasn't dry. Must emphasise that the staff were very nice, but the food wasn't worth it.

I didn't enjoy my food here. The fries were completely dry and nearly tasteless. The tenders were quite dry and overcooked. The Gyoza were decent but not worth the visit. Along with the non alcoholic drink, I paid over £35 for this meal for 1 person - and those prices are unjustifiable for the quality of the food and the size of the servings. I have to highlight that the service is good and their staff is very nice. But the high prices cannot be justified by that alone.

For one who hadn’t really tried much Japanese food, I was very pleased. The fried chicken was tasty but a little cold, the sushi rolls were amazing, dumplings, were delicious and the chips were nice. Bubble tea was also pretty nice too. The only thing I would mention is the water glasses weren’t washed properly with stains on, after asking for a fresh one, we got another which was still dirty. Apart from that, a sweet experience.

Went for dinner at a relatively quiet time. The staff were all really friendly. Food was served very quickly within a few minutes of ordering. The restaurant has a beautiful decor, relatively spacious inside and it looks really nice from the outside The food was good. The karaage chicken itself was very dry. I don’t think it was seasoned properly. But I got to admit the chicken was so crispy. One of the crispiest friend chicken I had. I ordered the burger and the Bao. Both were really good.

Beautiful decor outside. Inside was querky, nice traditional touches- chopsticks etc. Food was tasty, not loads of variety but it clearly states it's a chicken shop- more variety of sauces than dishes. Bubble tea bar inside was a nice addition.

My daughter and I ate here last year, and the boss prepared a dish especially for my daughter as she is on a vegan and gluten free diet, NOT by choice. We ate here every day for 3 days, the boss had gluten free vegan noodles and red peppers prepared just for her, my daughter actually ate meals that wasn't chips! I ate a teriyaki dish with mixed vegetables and tofu, it was GORGEOUS. The lovely waitress even put her order on the wall so the chefs could prepare it when we walked in, this gem is amazing believe me. They really looked after my daughter. We are going back in April for more and I have been telling EVERYBODY they need to experience it for themselves. Oh, did I mention the bobo tea? TRY IT!!!! So, we will see you all soon, and thankyou to the boss man who made my daughter feel very welcome and not a pest, thankyou to the chefs for an amazing meal and thankyou to the waitress who was absolutely lively.

Had a lovely birthday meal at Karaage Resorts World at the weekend and it was made so special by our server Matthew - he was so friendly and couldn't do more for us! He was helpful, funny and attentive, and really made us feel comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing and the menu had such a great variety of dishes. The service was absolutely flawless and I will definitely be going back here. Fantastic waiters and lovely food - 5 stars :)
