Their delivery riders are the worst/rude in town. They come very late , miss items, then when u open door for them they ask u to collect order from them outside . U look outside and theyβre nowhere to be seen.u call again , they come out from their moving car sometimes u have to go to the car in the parking to collect order which is really far from my main gate. They are suppose to deliver at ur doorstep at least in all other riders do that. I have order 3/4 times from them so far. Pizza is okayish as most pizzas are same in the town.

I have ordered from here for years, but whoever was on shift at 2am this morning (12/12/25) has left me miserable - after three phone calls of being yelled at by somebody who ignored everything I said and shouted over me repeatedly, I don't know if I can order from here again.
They refused to cancel my order even though they have it on their Deliveroo page that you have to ring them to cancel. They clearly had no clue about their own policy. This is not the first time they've done this to me - they still have Β£20 from the last pizza I tried to cancel and the only reason I got my money back tonight is because the deliveroo representative was so so lovely and put up with them on the phone for me. Do not order from this place online - if it weren't for their aggressive and condescending customer service this would be the best pizza place in Cardiff, but unfortunately no pizza is worth the risk of the abhorrent behaviour repeatedly displayed.

We really enjoyed the delicious pizzas with their Italian-inspired base. We found a fantastic deal during rush hour, and the staff handled everything with such friendliness, even offering us a free item as a nice surprise. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

I never leave reviews but i feel i have to as i have never had a pizza as bad as this, in fact I would say it was not even a pizza, open opening it it looked odd, kinda like how a frozen pizza looks when unbaked, I picked up a slice and the slice completely collapsed like wet spaghetti and all the toppings and cheese fell off, it was not even attached to the pizza hence the look, dough was completely unrisen except the crust, which was puffy and stale, I am convinced it was a reused base that was left to go soggy on the bottom and stale on the crust, since the majority of the pizza had the structural integrity of a soaked wrap, after I tasted the base I knew that it was ruined but since the majority of it fell apart I picked up the slices and after I binned them I tried to use a fork to eat whatever fell off, gave up after It just tasted half done topping where cold while the base was warm pizza was ordered and delivery so quickly I was wondering how a pizza could be cooked and delivered so suddenly untill I opened the box and could tell it was basically a reused base that was half cooked, hence the cold toppings and soggy base, cheese hadn't even had time to cook into the base, it arrived at nearly 1:10 but didn't get marked on the app as delivered untill 1:40, probably because it would look shady if they delivered a pizza nearly 70% faster than their average,
I mean what can be said, i shouldn't need a fork or spoon to eat pizza..
Was left speechless and went to bed hungry, ordered through just eat but they dont care if food is good just that it was delivered so they dont offer any returns on situations where you are served slop instead of pizza, paying premium for pizza too, Β£20 for a pizza is up there with biggest pizza companies like domino's and pizza hut, just eat there or anywhere else for less

The price is to high would recommend if prices where lower

Eh, it was okay. Ordered delivery and scheduled it for a certain time; it arrived bang on, good start. Problem is the food itself was a bit of a letdown; the pizza was barely warm and the crust chewy, and the chicken was greasy - I will say they were both very tasty though! A mixed bag, but overall alright, I'd probably use them again... one day. Maybe.

The takeout can't be cashed out of this store's excellence. It happened that I lived next door to this shop. Three minutes after the pizza was baked, I tasted the steaming top delicious food. It's definitely worth trying!

What an incredible take away!!! Not only are the pizza's 10/10, freshly baked pizza's, but the staff are absolutely great! All the sides, deserts and salads are delicious but also the staff are super helpful, very friendly and incredible driver too, delivered so so quick! We LOVE fire away pizza! Weekly visit and would always recommend!!

Placed an order through Uber Eats. The timing was ok, an hour wait which is average for a Tuesday night. The food did arrive warm, but the crust on both the normal and Nutella pizza was hard and felt as though it had been reheated. It was edible considering the hour wait but not at all nice. Chicken wings were also very fatty and soggy. Wouldnβt recommend for the price or order again.
