   Very good service, tasty pizza. I had to buy dairy free pizza due to allergy and was fed up with the vegan only versions, called around 3 nearby domino's, for nothing, then Papa John's saved the day. Definitely will be back and happily recommend too. Thanks guys

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. An hour late, and they didn't even cover the whole pizza with sauce. Swirled it around. I ordered the white Amarillo sauce but...did they think I wouldn't be able to tell. And it was a no cheese pizza so I basically received a very dry pizza with hardly any sauce and a very sparing sprinkle of the toppings I ordered. There was also hardly any cinnamon the cinnamon swirls. Just... Sorry whilst I drink 2 pints of water to wash down this dry dry meal...

   Great offer, good choice of Vegan pizzas, sides and even desserts. Very nice customer service and short waiting time. Food was truly amazing, scent of our pizza was amazing and super intensive - aroma was coming out of the boxes for few hours. Cinnamon whirls are UNREAL! Will be coming back, definitely.

   Great offer, good choice of Vegan pizzas, sides and even desserts. Very nice customer service and short waiting time. Food was truly amazing, scent of our pizza was amazing and super intensive - aroma was coming out of the boxes for few hours. Cinnamon whirls are UNREAL! Will be coming back, definitely.

   Absolutely appalling service. After waiting 2 hours for our order we had a pizza missing. When trying to contact the store we rung off my bf phone we had no answer, when we tried my phone they answered. We explained we had a pizza missing from the order and the man explained it would be with us in 2 minutes and that if was on his way. 30 minutes later the pizza still hadn't arrived, rung the store again and explained AGAIN and I was told to shut up. we were then told they were cooking a new pizza and that it would be delivered when the next driver is available. And we still waited half an hour. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!

   Just got this from Papa John's Newport in their Cardiff Road Store. Looks ok but the guy that made it didn't wear an apron so his shirt was fairly dirty, the customer area floor and walls were dirty. The staff area floor and bottom part of the wall didn't look like it had ever been deck scrubbed and their driver who had just walked in cut the pizza without washing his hands.

   My housemate was feeling let down by the Papa John's brand.. after the 4 hour wait he had for a delivery in Bristol, and the poor food in Cardiff.. it took some tempting to get him to agree to get pizza from here, but as it turns out, I've turned him. As take away pizza goes, this is the best of the chain pizzerias around here. Edit.. since writing this review I'm glad to report that this Papa John's has fell in to like with most of their restaurants.. on the last two orders, they've messed up. The first one where they sent a meat pizza for our veggie mate, which they kindly replaced, and only a week after they managed to deliver pizza which was cold to the touch. When we phoned them, they implied that we're mugging them off, and as with other reviewers, the manager seemed to be protected by a bubble of excuses. We won't be using again. Compared to my first review, I can't believe how a service can go down hill so fast.
