“Cannot fault doughlicious, superb service, all the staff are fantastic, just eat and their driver screwed up my order by delivering me another person's/restaurant meal and wouldn't help fix it. The lovely ladies at doughlicious dealt with just eat for me, kept me updated and then ended up delivering it themselves at their own expense when just eat wouldn't help any further. Their own delivery driver was fantastic and very polite. they literally couldn't go out of their way far enough and everyone was accommodating. They could have just left me to dispute it through just eat as it wasn't their problem. food was lush too 100/10”

“"Bungee Gum has the properties of both rubber and gum", had been mentioned several times throughout Hunter x Hunter. It is almost uncomfortable if it was not mentioned by a character named Hisoka. This level of comfort is what I expect from Wagamama and they nail it, it's not surprising but you expect it when you get there. Like Bambi's mum dying, "oh wow, there it is, she's dead..." just predictable. Nothing wrong with it, just predictable great service and comfort safe food in my opinion.”

Polite delivers and nice to have a conversation with, also the Atmosphere was more comfortable than any other restaurant deliveries.”

“We visited Vittorios on a Tuesday evening. Lovely atmosphere, with family celebrations taking place and other groups of people. So despite being early on in the week, and not a weekend, it was still busy, demonstrating it is a firm favourite amongst customers. The staff were, I’m assuming family, and you could get that family run vibe whilst there, which added to the positive experience we had. Staff were attentive, whilst Also giving space and privacy to enjoy our food. Earlier the previous week, unbeknown to me my husband had spoken with Vittorios to arrange a ‘quiet area’ to sit down, so that he could propose to me to renew our wedding vows. We were placed in a quieter area, and my husbands request was managed discreetly without me catching on. Our wine was being brought to our table mid proposal and the young lad bringing it completed a 180 degree turn so fast to give us the space and privacy during the special moment. I couldn’t fault him for this and was impressed by the service we received. They congratulated us afterwards and gave us a complimentary celebratory dessert which was unexpected, but a really lovely touch. All food was hot, delicious and there were large portions. This restaurant is a local gem in Newport, and we are very grateful to have a created a treasured memory during our visit there. 10/10 service, food, and value for money. “The best Asian food in Newport, been to their restaurant in Bristol but so happy to see them have a presence in Newport - recommend the Korean Fried Chicken! Although, word of advice - go their in person as it doesn’t travel well and the reliability of Uber Eats Riders means you won’t get the true experience”
