   Service is top-notch. Whether I ate in or ordered delivery/take-out, the food arrived hot and fresh, and the staff were polite.Portion sizes are generous and the value for what you get is excellent. The pizzas here are some of the best I’ve had in years. The crust is perfectly balanced—thin and crispy at the edge, yet soft and chewy just where you want it. Toppings are fresh & generous, with flavour that sings. I tried the chicken supreme pizza and the crispy chicken burger with a side of potato wedges recently, and both were filling without being greasy. 5 out of 5 stars. If you love pizza done well crust, flavour, fresh ingredients, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend to anyone in or visiting Newport.

   The food was fantastic, came to my house quicker than expected. The pizza was delicious with lots of effort made into it, no rush at all. 100% will order again. The Service was outstanding! Polite delivers and nice to have a conversation with, also the Atmosphere was more comfortable than any other restaurant deliveries.

   ordered a takeout pizza arrived in time . had a meal deal chilli chicken pizza with chips drink n a tub of garlic dip. I just thought the pizza was average the chips weren't the best didn't like the garlic dip overall for me personally it was just average

   Ordered a pizza with delivery, over a week ago. What can I say? Pizza (ham, pepperoni, 2x cheese) is one of the best I have tasted and tested in UK in the last 5 years. Bit of italian herbs and it would be the best. Food 4.9/5 Customer service - It was quite late on Sunday evening, around 22.30 or so when the order was placed, with delivery circa 23.30. Problem was, it was raining, it was windy as hell, typical Welsh weather ;). I have asked the driver to give me a missed call 3 mins prior to the delivery, as I live ina shared house and I wanted to meet him at the door.. Got that call, went down and I have waited for 10 mins in this bloody rain. Never showed up. Call after 5 mins, I came down again. As it happens, he was sitting all the time in his, couple houses down the street. He saw me. Never moved his bottom. So between him getting close to the address and handing me the pizza, it was 15 mins or a bit more. I refused to accept a cold pizza (if you order food it is supposed to be hot, this one was barerly warm in the middle, edges were cold). 15 mins (midnight was upon us) chat over the phone with restaurant manager or owner or shift manager, but we negotiated delivery of a fresh one. To sum it up, poor communication with the driver, a bit of misunderstanding with the owner/manager, my dinner was delayed by half an hour or so, but consensus was achieved. Customer service 4/5, delivery itself 1/5. I would like to belive that was a single episode and the lightning won't strike again. Pizza was definetly good. Just those herbs.. ;)
