   Bad experience. Our order arrived an hour and a half late. We were lied to on the phone about when the food would arrive, and the person we spoke to refused to give their name. When the food finally turned up, it was cold and sloppy. Very disappointing service and food quality. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

   I am a muslim and ordered from a "Halal Takeaway." " The Square Pizza." The delivery driver came with my order over a hour late and I could smell strong alcohol from a distance as I opened the door, " he denied this." The security at my place had also mentioned he could smell alcohol through the corridor passage. Firstly, it is a huge offence! To drink drive! The seriousness that it has and can lead to!! He couldn't speak properly, nor could he stand in one spot! I called the Takeaway regarding this matter, in hiw seriously and dangerouse this is! But didn't care! Maybe when someone loses a life! Then they would think again!

   I ordered a pizza, as usual with these things you have to tip before you even finish ordering but despite giving a 10% tip they couldnt be bothered to deliver the pizza for over 1hr 40 mins. When it arrived it was stone cold. I will never use this place again.

   I am attaching screenshots as evidence of their false claims. They responded by saying the order was delivered within 1 hour and 15 minutes, but in reality, the delivery person hadn’t even arrived after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Furthermore, they also claimed on my face when I went to their shop for complain, that my payment has been refunded, which is completely untrue. No refund has been received. This is blatant dishonesty and amounts to theft.

   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was told my pizza delivery would only take 20 minutes, yet I have been waiting for more than an hour. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for your customers’ time. Not only was the promise misleading, but there was no proper communication or apology for the delay. I expected much better service, and this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

   I ordered a pizza that was due for delivery at 18:20 at 18:40 I called and asked where my order... it will be with you in 10 minutes further 30min later it turned up. 50min late. Did I get a call apologising or a refund or credit for the cold pizza delivered. No... Will I order from them again...No... I didn't think to take a photograph of a cold pizza.
