Was greeted quickly by the lovely Anareen, and she made the best cinnamon doughballs ever for me. The instore/drivers Charlie and Josh were super friendly too and had a chat with me while I waited. :)
ordered a medium pizza and ice cream tonight which came to £30. the service was absolutely disgusting, my order was ‘cancelled’ without my knowledge, not even a phone call from the restaurant, no sign of cancellation on uber eats and therefore i’m unable to get a refund. i’m a student and i don’t make a lot of money, i expected service better from such an expensive restaurant.
Tried to order over the phone (3 times) the app and on website. All we wanted was gluten free Texas bbq and 1 stuff crusted large meteor. Would have been easier ordering one made out of gold. Took over 40 mins and many phone calls. Never order ever again. When it finally came it was nice but such hard word. Two for Tuesday clearly does not work with gluten free. Rubbish
We had pizza delivered. It was easy to order and arrived promptly. One pizza wasn’t cut at all and there was no dip with the hot wings. The pizza boxes also weren’t labelled which didn’t really matter but was unusual and caused a bit of confusion as to which pizza belonged where.
Ordered pizzas and sides for a large group of people late at night, thinking they were open until in the early hours of last Sunday night. When we arrived to the store to collect the pizzas the doors were still open, it was already 23:20 and the staff informed they close at 23:00 but they still took the order we made online. He was kind about the situation and still made fresh pizzas for us. Thank you for your service!
Not taking cash at the moment. I don't carry card ever, I don't sign up for apps, I had to get someone else to order then pay them cash as my kid wanted a pizza. I won't be coming again, refuse to fund anywhere that wont take cash.
I know the website does the whole “quality control” animation when you’re waiting for your pizza, but they might as well scrap it because there isn’t one, considering a lot of these products are pre made and only involve being heated up I’m surprised it can be so wrong, ps double decadence used to be good, now the quality is so bad I wouldn’t bother.
The pizza was good but i specifically asked them to cut it into eight pieces and they did not do it. The manager seemed friendly though and to be fair our order was ready very quickly.
Shocking experience, pizza not delivered...manager at the site telling us we can have our cold pizza or a refund... Hungry kids get no dinner.....we are a regular customer... Never again, steer clear...
