   The whole experience was incredibly disappointing. We ordered five pizzas. We saw them sat by the kitchen for a while before four of them were brought over to us. The fifth was brought over a few minutes later. The dips we had ordered were forgotten. The pizzas were cold, very short of cheese, and really quite unpleasant compared to any PizzaExpress pizza any of us had had before. While I was still eating, the waitress very rudely cleared all of the other plates. While doing this, she dropped a knife, hitting my wife's back. Not a word of apology from her for this. My wife spoke to the manager about our very poor experience and he did give us a small discount. This was one of my first meals out since major cancer surgery on my tongue, meaning I had four months of not eating anything. It was also a meal celebrating my wife's birthday. What should have been a lovely meal out was incredibly disappointing and I expect it will stop us from using PizzaExpress again, despite being big fans of the food previously.

   It's always been one of my favourite places to go for a pizza - great location & fantastic views over the bay. I'm not sure what has changed, but there was something not jelling on this visit - server was very good & attentive, but food was slow coming out of the kitchen: it was good, but not as good as I know it can be. Top tip: book in advance - you'll thank me, honestly!!

   The foods are delicious fabulous freshly done almost perfect, the love the service is excellent friendly staff and helpful too. It's can be busy especially at weekends so booked in advanced so you don't get disappointed, the queue can be long sometimes. I am happy to say the place looks brilliant always very clean and tidy, i would recommended any of my friend's who enjoy pizza. I was content and full in a good mood including with my take away too. It's a really nice place in Cardiff happy days happy place's one happy custom.

   This is me and my friend's go to place to eat at Cardiff Bay when we don't want to spend much. Great pizza and sides and amazing customer service. Extra toppings are quite sparse considering how much they are.

   Would say people to ignore this spot if they don’t wanna spoil their trip. Being honest one of the top fans of pizza express and a usual customer in multiple express locations but this would be my worst experience. I was in around 12:40 and got seated right away and order was taken. Got my usual padana and sicilan sparkling lemonade. The drink came very fast but wasn’t upto the expectations. Felt more sour than usual and not very pleasant. After than waited for about 40 mins go get my padana which was also not of the expected quality compared to other padana I’ve tried across various express locations. The cheese in the pizza felt akward and not fresh enough for express standards and food was not in its right temperature. The ambience was too noisy and there wasn’t a single air conditioner for ventilation. Really a horrible experience.

   Great food and child friendly environment. Dough balls to start, very good pizzas for main course. Fitted us in during half term without a booking (just before it got really busy!) Big shout out to Louise who was superb - great service, and she was brilliant with our 5 year old daughter!

   Me and my partner came here today for my 21st birthday and Louise was the most lovely woman we’ve ever met, she was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Our food was lovely and we really enjoyed our visit!! Will definitely be coming back here when we visit Cardiff next

   Went in for lunch, was busier than expected but got seated quickly. Ordered a pizza wrap and dough balls after our server Courtney recommended them. Food came to us quickly and we always felt looked after whilst eating. Would come again.
