   As far as hospital food goes, this is great. There's plenty of hot and cold food options (pre packed sandwiches, salad bar, jacket potatoes, pizza, curry), plenty of vegan, vegetarian and Halal options, fruits, crisps, biscuits, chocolate bars and cakes. The restaurant is open 24/7 which is amazing when you are staying overnight and your mealtimes are all over the place. I was able to get a vegan sandwich and a hot chocolate at 2am. The coffee from the machine is terrible but you can't win them all! Prices are very very reasonable.

   It was obvious that I was buying a meal deal & the lady at the till didn't mention anything that my snacks weren't included in the meal deal, when I got my change I questioned it & she refused to refund me so I could get the correct snacks Very rude and I'm sure illegal to refuse my refund as I was still at the till! Awful customer service

   Been in the LRI for 24 days now and this is my 2nd home. Its open 24 hours. Not much selection, food is overpriced but the staff are AWESOME!!!! They brighten me up every day. Their jacket spuds are amazing!!!!

   There was a fire in the kitchen some time ago and the reseraunt is closed until further notice .there is a 24/7 cafe at the side that is being used to serve limited hot food and drinks . The prices have also changed and expect ques as this place I much smaller to cater for large number of clients.i have revisited again and the situation has still not changed, the prices are much higher and options limited also. eg price of soup used to be £1.00 with bread roll is now £2.00 and bread roll extra 0.75p.someone needs to take drastic action to readdress this issue. Why should our gard working NHS staff have to indure these extra costs. I really hope the decision makers see this post and do something quickly.

   Usually, when someone says hospital restart, the first thing that comes to mind is bad food. I can assure you that is not the case with this one, and I encourage you to try for yourself. I had a chance to visit LEat and enjoy some of their tasty, full of flavours and well prepared food in my case piri piri chicken wrap with salad and piri piri mayonnaise, portion of chips and coca. But if you are  not a fan of my choice, there is something for everybody from pizza stalls with different varieties to street food stalls with different options to the salad bar. The price are not as expensive too in my case it cost me 5.60 £ but there is a meal deal option for 4.50 as advertised on their board or 2.50£ for a wrap. And don't worry if you can't make your choice just speak to one of the staff and they will attend your needs as they did with me.

   The prices are quite normal, the service was OK as well. A bit more organisation is needed to the place though (the coffee cups were a bit all over the place, sugar was not there at the condiments table.)

   I bought a prawn sandwich which had 6 tiny prawns in total. See photo after I got it out and opened it up. I complained and it was replaced with a salmon sandwich full of large bones. Couldn't be bothered to get in long queue again!
