   Went to the restaurant with my friends at 11.30pm. To see they have already prepared for closing which is suppose to be closed at 1.30am. The staff was so rude. We even tried to call them 1 hours ago just to make sure they are open but the call was in hold for 20mins or more. Didn't expect such a horrible service

   Tasty food, good, quick service. First time visiting, the place is spacious with plenty of seating, very clean and bright. I ordered Mexi Loaded chips, which was chip-shop style chips drenched in hot sauce and topped with jalapeños, grilled chicken and cheese - delicious and you get a lot for your money. The menu boasts an array of burgers, wraps and meal boxes - which look really tasty. The only downside is I couldn't find parking, there is a carpark round the back but it's advertised for the eatery above Chilli Flames (plus it's full of pot holes so I gave it a miss). All in all, a nice place with good food, I'll visit again. ***update I've visited this eatery many times since. The 3rd time I went, the guy who served me remembered my order from the last time and asked if I wanted that again! How he remembered I'll not know, but it did make me feel a valued customer. The food here is always "The Bomb", try the Peri Rice and Prawns - excellent!

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Flames Eatery, and it was a delightful experience! I ordered the chili king prawns, and they were simply amazing. The flavor was incredible, and the shells were juicy, making every bite a treat. It’s a dish I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a burst of flavor! The restaurant itself is spacious, providing a great atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The decor is inviting, and the overall vibe makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the fantastic prawns, the variety on the menu is impressive. The wings are nice and juicy, perfectly complemented by their flavorful sauces. The Pri Pri wedges are also a highlight—crispy and delicious! While the beef sliders were not the best, the chicken sliders were a lot better and definitely worth trying. I can’t wait to return to explore more dishes. If you’re looking for a flavorful meal in a welcoming environment, Chilli Flames Eatery is definitely worth a visit!

   I loved the food but there was an issue with the man. Me and my little brother are indian-african however my mum is white, because of this the man was ignoring my mum and served all the Indian people and the worst part was he tried to serve me instead of my mum? Not great to be honest but I can tell u this is the only chilli flames that does it overall it's a pretty good place but I will never visit it again.

   Okay where shall I start 1st was not sure about the parking which after figuring out there was parking at the rear, we went in whilst quite hungry we got the menu's when checking what was available it you get the feel of nando's so we ordered a big burger, chilli burger and a regular burger I got onion rings as extra and 3 drinks. This nearly cost me £30 which was like a slap in the face, but I assumed the burgers must be at gourmet level. This is far from the truth the patties which were definitely hand made were very thin and portions were almost child like. The taste of the meat was greasy and you could tell was not good quality cut of beef, the chips were cheap fries with price piri powder sprinkled on the top instead of tossed and evenly coated. Conclusion money spent did not reflect the quality of the product. Massive amounts of improvement required before I return I travelled from Loughborough to check the place out.

   This was first time I visited this place. I did’t expect to be that expensive but it was just little pricey. PeriPeri Salt on top chips were overpriced for what you get. Veg burger filled with oil, nothing special just a standard burger to feed you. I am not sure about their other food taste but what I have tried I can forward my comments.
