   A lovely local pub, it’s so lovely and modern inside, spacious and clean, good atmosphere. Good food and drink menu with vegetarian and vegan choices, prices are really decent and nice portion size. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of tables and outside tables with spaces for children. Free parking spaces.

   We held our wedding reception here on the 2nd of September, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and attention. The pub took care of all the catering for us, and although we had ordered food for 40 people and worried it might not be enough, it turned out to be more than plenty. Not only was there enough for all of our guests during the day, but we were also able to cater for our evening guests too. The portions were so generous that there was even food left over at the end of the night. The food itself was absolutely delicious — we received so many compliments from our guests. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating and attentive the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and a huge part of that was thanks to the team here. You truly helped make the day so special and memorable, and for that we are incredibly grateful. Thank you so much for everything.

   Catered for our after wedding celebrations and they were fantastic from start to finish. Didn't have to worry about a thing, brilliant selection of hot food. Brilliant friendly service ! So helpful and cut up the cake, let us come the night before to set up the room. Just absolutely brilliant, couldn't be more pleased. Thankyou ! We will be back in for lunch soon !!!

   I drink and eat in the railway most weekends. I find food good value. They had a band on Friday night was really good. The service on bar is friendly and helpful in every way. Pub was busy but Tom found us seats to enjoy band. Also very reasonable price for food and drinks. Laura does raffle every week for charity well done. All staff amazing.

   Good, dependable pub food, well prepared and served promptly. A varied menu, with daily specials and drink deals, also a child's menu, with several choices. Great traditional Sunday lunch options also. Plenty of space including covered outside tables. The family and I are regulars. Staff are friendly and helpful, with special mention for Laura and Steve, who are attentive and make sure all our needs are met. We are often a big group! I give 4 stars as I'm vegetarian, and although the Railway offers several enjoyable options, I'm always looking for more! However, for good, well-priced pub food, they get it right every time.

   Lovely pub. Food was nice. Staff are friendly and the service was quick. I ordered on the App and by the time I put my phone away the drinks appeared even though I sat on the outside patio.
