   Beautiful brunch this morning at cafe clo, the avocado on toast was amazing and the chocolate clementine torte was lovely too. Service was efficient and friendly, all staff very pleasant. Only negative would be the tea needs to be served slightly hotter as it went cold too quickly but other than that fantastic. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou to all staff!

   Been wanting to try this place out for a while and finally made a visit. We ordered the grilled cheese although it was nice it was too crispy and hardened within a few mins of receiving it so was not very enjoyable. The prawns were lovely. Fish and chips were nice too. For the price I wouldn't say anything was Wow! Definitely overpriced. An issue we had was initially we were told that the Taiwanese fried chicken was halal. However after taking our order the chef from inside came out and told us that it wouldn't be classed as halal as the chicken is marinated in an ingredient which contains alcohol. So even though the actual chicken is halal the way it is cooked is not suitable for halal diets. So we had to cancel it out. Now the issue is I have seen many halal food bloggers order this dish not knowing. So it would be nice of the restaurant to make it a bit more clear and not to misguide. This is the main reason I personally would think twice before visiting again.

   Awful service today. We came down from London to see our mum for her birthday. Went here for some coffee and the girl working was absolutely awful. Terrible terrible service extremely rude still in shock. She bought us 3 coffees when we ask for two then went we told her is too many coffee she got so angry when she bought our sugar over she smash it in the table bought wine over and smashed on the table again. When we asked for the bill she charged us for the 3 coffees when she took one back when we told her the service was shocking her and the guy that was serving started being so rude. I’m so shocked by the service today me abs my family have never experienced anything like it. U don’t normally leave reviews but this has to be said one of the worse service ever. She shouldn’t be in the job if she doesn't know how to serve or be with customers. This was about 6:00pm today

   Had a private lunch break at peak hour. Eggs Royale were perfectly cooked with running egg yolk to balanced flavour of Hollandaise sauce. Sitting at the bar is an enjoyable view to watch quick and efficient services. 3/4 full (approximately 35 diners) with Only 2 staff, multitasking: serving, bar tender, batista, taking orders, till registering as well as seating arrangements. Manager Courtney was just wonderfully professional! Great team at the kitchen as well!

   What a lovely way to spend a couple of hours, while waiting for the car to be serviced. The poached egg on smashed avocado was delicious - the grapefruit added to the tastiness. I was served by the lovely Luke who was polite and helpful. Look forward to returning soon.

   Lovely food, they made a little boo boo and missed off an item from my order, this was quickly rectified and gave me discount off my bill. To share we had fries, crispy squid, Taiwanese chicken, and tenderstem Broccoli.
