   My eldest daughter booked a table at Afrikana to celebrate my youngest daughter’s 14th birthday, and they went with their cousins. I called after they left to ask if they could do a small celebration for her as a surprise and Afrikana truly went above and beyond. They made an announcement to the restaurant, brought out a sparkler, and surprised her with a dessert, it made her feel so special. My family absolutely loved the food and the hospitality. The service was amazing, and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be visiting again soon as a family. Thank you so much for making her day unforgettable and the delicious food.

   We had a lovely meal this evening at Afrikana. The battered prawns were lovely and crispy, the nachos were lush and gooey, and we had complimentary olives too. The burger, the chicken date, and the knockout box were all delicious, and the mocktails were fruity and moreish. My son had the browni and said it was the best hes ever had (and hes tried quite a few!) And the passionfruit cheesecake was full of flavour. All of the Staff were really friendly (especially our waitress Dee!) and the food was just beautiful! it was quiet when we arrived and we were given the option to sit inside or out which was a really nice nice addition. It is small but cozy, and we cant wait to rush back. Afrikana really is an experience! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

   Had a really delicious meal at Afrikana last night, tasty, generous portions and fresh. Really friendly staff too. We had the prawns and wings to start which were soooo tasty and crispy. And the sliders and chicken stack for main which again were delicious and saucy with lots of different flavours. The only very tiny downside was I was looking forward to having a rum mojito as it was our first night out with no kids in about a year but they don’t serve any alcohol. It didn’t affect the meal in any way though at all and we will definitely go back.

   Afrikana was such a brilliant experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Afrikana to anyone looking for not only great food but also genuine, warm service.

   It is my anniversay meal and my first time in Cardiff in about 10 years, i driven from Weston Super Mare after seing the reviews online. Very warm welcome and convenient parking. We brought our baby and Todler with us and got offered a seating position convenient to us and high chairs for the Baby and Todler. Mr Yawn was very energetic and constantly smiling. The food was absolutely on the dot and hygeine was geat along with the great presentation. I love how they incoperated the use of the "bodna" in the toilet which is an amazing touch of multi culture use. There is disabled accessibilty and baby changing facility also so what more could anyone ask for. Keep up the good work!

   Great friendly atmosphere & staff, clean and and lovely decor. Not forgetting the best part, the food, it was 10/10. Had 3 different meals & all were amazingly tasty. Good choice of pudding. Definitely will return soon.

   Unusual never heard if this place before, super busy, was worth the wait. The food was very delicious, a fusion, burst of different kinds of flavours. The portions were fairly big too, the food was outstanding, but the music was a little too loud for the comfort of the evening, but the place looked good. I do think they need to have more branches in London, They only have 6 in total so let's hope they expand. Their staff were so friendly, the food was unique. Looking for another opportunity for a second visit.

   It was very nice restaurant. The wait time was hardly 10-15 mins. It was fresh and I could tell that there was taste. The place is very convenient and has bit of outdoor with windows and indoor seating. It was impressively clean. Music was loud which on my request they lowered volume. Menu has number of choices to select from. Halal, clean and quick serve I mean what else do you want? And above all, it was the best value. Portion sizes were large and delicious. Boys named Robert and Luko were rather professional, polite and welcoming. Overall best experience and definitely recommended.
