   We went to one of the pre christmas shows on the 13th we very much enjoyed the show very professional. A special thanks to Faith and Petra who were very attentive and helpful. On the disappointing side the bar did not have any kind of Martinis or Campari. We asked for some cranberry sauce with our turkey dinner but we're told they have none which we found strange. If we go next year we will take our own. In general a good night and we all had fun.

   Staff could not do enough for us, the accommodated everyone needs. Food excellent, service amazing, ambience so nice. The day we went was for a small wedding party where the original venue let us down on the day. Best thing that could of happened. Thank you to each and everyone of you..

   Went in early lunch time for drink and meal with wife. Order for drinks taken but staff member failed to show any warmth and did not acknowledge the order at all with us leaving without any social pleasantries making us feel unwelcome. Observed server doing other duties.Was told 10 mins later she would see to us but continued to do other chores. After 15 minutes decided we had had enough and got up to leave Other member of staff approached with drinks but by that time we were in process of leaving.Server stated they were busy ( too busy to serve waiting guests ).and that they had a function on. Field head -you need to get your priorities right ! Ended up going elsewhere and had a better experience. Being fairly local we had not been in the Field head for about 20yrs. I think it will be another 20 years before we may consider it again

   Friendly welcome when we turned up early. Booked a table for 8 including a highchair. Waitress was fabulous. Food would receive a higher score, except onion rings are the onion mush variety and only 5 in a portion. I ordered lamb shank. It was tough. The lady in control of payments, I told her it was tough, she offered to get me another one. Most of my party had finished their meal be then so I politely refused. On paying. I was told that my card had been declined in an unnecessarily loud voice. She turned to a nearby male member of staff and called him thingy! He showed that the payment had been accepted. This was supposed to be a massive celebration. That lady needs further training and please chef, learn how to cook a lamb shank. Frozen in a bag and microwaveable from Tesco is 100% better. To sum up, I'd go there again but wouldnt order lamb shank or onion rings. I hope my tip goes to our lovely waitress. Table 10 from 5pm

   We turned up at 8pm on a Friday night with a group of 7 for dinner. Nothing was too much for the staff- they were absolutely fabulous. Would highly recommend! Food was great, at a great price and service was exceptional. Thank you!

   Fabulous attentive staff - Manageress can’t do enough. Clean rooms that aren’t “corporate” large chain rooms which when you are constantly travelling makes a huge change and is really nice. We have 5 visitors stopping and not one complaint from any of them.

   Having booked for 20+ of us for lunch and never having been before, we didn't know what to expect. Firstly we were all greeted by the staff who made sure that the early arrivals were taken care of. The staff were very attentive and the food was served hot and to order. The food was lovely. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

   Had a lovely meal there on Thursday, could not fault it. Well done to Josh and the rest of the chefs as well as the management team and all of the lovely friendly staff. Well worth a visit and a meal, Looking forward to seeing you Christmas day, best hospitality around here.
