Had a lovely meal here once more & met Ahmed again on the 9 th October. Had a great time chatting to him & we had the usual great service & food you get here from him & his staff.

We have been for dinner with a large group. We didn't have a good experience at the restaurant. Service was bad, they've missed orders. Staff was not polite and kind. We ordered garlic paneer balti which was literally very sweet like a dessert. When we asked the staff about it, they took the curry back , just added lots of chilli powder in it , made it extra spicy and got it back. One of the curries we ordered was stale. Not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend.

Great food as usual. Change of staff than last time and not as welcoming as before. Rather reluctant to give us a proper description of the bill as well but nether mind as cannot fault the food, the best in Rugby!

Came in on a Friday night and had a lovely meal. Service was fast and polite. Curry was full of flavour and lots of tender meat, rice and naan also good quality. £34 for 2 people and beers very reasonable! Will be back again :)

Great food, but the dining area is a little cramped. I went as a party of 5 on a Friday night at 8pm, the dining area was completely full, just our table vacant. You don't get much elbow room due to how close you are sat to each other, and nearby tables. The place mats advertised air conditioning, but I don't think it was switched on, it was pretty hot in there especially after you've eaten. Due to the number of people and their proximity, the noise levels were too high for me, I could hardly hear the person next to me. Despite all of that, the food was very good, probably some of the nicest Indian food I've had. My partner and I shared a chicken tikka masala and a chicken razala, the former was my favourite and comes highly recommended. The dining room is located up a narrow set of stairs, above a social club, which would be tricky for less able people to navigate. I didn't spot a lift either so wheelchair users may want to call in advance and check. I'd definitely use Cinnamon Lounge as a take away in future, as the food was great, rather than to dine out.
