   Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a Mr T Hot Shot Parmesan with chips and paid extra for sauce. Somehow ended up with a milkshake instead. Rang the shop to ask if onions could be added and was told on the phone it was “no problem”, yet the order still came wrong. Delivery time was a joke – originally 8:34, then constantly pushed back until 8:57. When the food finally arrived, there wasn’t even a full portion of chips and what was there was completely soggy and inedible. The only decent thing about the entire order was the milkshake, which says it all. Won’t be ordering again.

   Mr Ts is absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Malaekah was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible results. Everything was explained clearly, and her dedication and positive attitude really stood out. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does, and it shows in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Mr Ts to anyone looking for someone reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Truly five-star service.

   Ordered a peri grilled burger. Got served a frozen fried fillet with peri sauce. Complained and returned the food.the lady who served me tried telling me its grilled. Stinking attitude and no decency to atleast apologize. Definitely wont be going again. This particular branch is giving mr ts a bad name. The audacity to serve a paying customer this crap that a dog wouldn't even eat. Sort it out its literally the bare minimum.

   Unpleasant experience! Ordered a zinger burger my regular which was dry cold ! Not safe to be eating by human ! I get the same burger from Huddersfield always fresh collection/ delivery same ! Asked her to replace it no apology no nothing! Yet game warm buns / dry chicken fillet

   i ordered my special mr ts parmo zinger burger with sweet potato fries and curly fries and when i took my order home my burger wasnt the one i said i asked for full dipped zinger burger they didnt give that and with my sweet potato fries they gave me half and half chips i didnt get my money worth as they charged me full but didnt get what i asked for the special parmo was half cooked and very chewy ive tried mr ts so many times and never had this experience

   Edit. Seems a lot changes in 4 days. Went back for a 2nd go. The drinks have now halved in size, the crunchy fries are now bog standard takeaway chips, served cold and slightly soggy. Ordeed added donner meat to the two chips with the smashed burgers, got it on one. £4 for two slices of lukewarm donner. Asked for original chicken in the chicken box, was still that spicy it burned. Still quality burgers. ********** First time trying it, and not bad at all. Got the simply smashed burger, came with chips and a drink for £7- priced on a par with say, Burger King. The fries were lovely and crunchy, the burger was similar in style to those at Five Guys. The fizzy lemon drink made a nice change to always seeing only coke/fanta/pepsi options. I ordered a tub of bbq sauce which was huge! All very well presented in nice branded packaging. The negatives- I asked for my burger without salad and it came with lettuce and onion, this would normally mean I'd have to bin it or suffer the consequences (long story) so, would be careful around allergens as mine was the only order being cooked so it wasn't due to being overly busy. It was all a bit bland. The burgers needed salt and pepper when cooked and the fries needed salt. Fortunately, I am an experienced takeaway ester so had some in the car. Lastly, no napkins means I'm typing this on a very greasy phone! Would definitely give it another try.

   I had a great experience the food was great so fresh cooked to perfection me and my mate enjoyed it Hassan who works there was an amazing help and very friendly with us , People like him are true meaning of customer service . We were eating in and he brought the food to the table and then he checked up on us and ask if everything was okay and ask if we need anything else . He recommend the Bronze BOMBER which I loved .It is quite handy when the person serving knows the menu inside out because I go the lot of takeaways and the person serving doesn't know the menu which makes it difficult to order food . I would recommend people to go to MR Ts because of how good the food was but especially because of the customer service . Maybe, if i was served by someone other than Hassan, my experience will have not been the same
