Fantastic meal as usual. Arrived lovely and hot. The veg thali this evening was exceptional with a good level of heat. We both really enjoyed the gobi manchurian. We're never disappointed with food from The Village. Thanks for another great meal
We had an absolutely amazing experience with the set meal! The food was incredibly delicious – full of rich flavors and cooked to perfection. We especially enjoyed the variety in the starters and mains; every dish was bursting with taste. You could really tell the ingredients were fresh and prepared with care. The hospitality was outstanding – the staff were so kind and welcoming, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. It made the whole experience even better. We felt truly looked after. Highly recommend this place – can’t wait to come back!
Great food, comfortable atmosphere and lovely staff. Came here tonight with my fiance and we had the most wonderful meal. Food was great value for money, portions were extremely generous and everything was just perfect. Will definitely be back again!

Lovely Indian restaurant and the good thing about it you can take your own alcohol. The curry’s are amazing the staff are really friendly and the service is good two would recommend this Indian restaurant to anyone.
Given the other reviews clearly they need to work out what's wrong here. They deliberately lie about delivery times 45 minutes was actually just under 2 hours! The food was disappointing to say the least, when other reviews say it's authentic I wonder where they have been ( supermarket Indian ready meals perhaps). After living in Leicester for many years I have tasted authentic Indian food and it's very different!! Obviously won't be going back.
Great authentic food, good prices for the quality. Bring your own booze which helps to keep prices down. Fantastic service too. Highly recommended, I been to a few curry houses in the area and this is the best. They also do delivery which is the same high quality meals.
Absolutely perfection. Just had our Xmas curry faultless and so much tasty food. The staff were so pleasant they couldn't do enough for you. Very highly recommended and they do not rush you. Will definately come back thank you so much.
Very disappointing. Firstly, it arrived half an hour after latest arrival time, totalling at over an hour and a half! After calling the restaurant - we were assured the driver was on the way and would be 5 mins, it was more like 25. We ordered 3 lamb Bhunas and all 3 were runny and wet. Bhunas are a dry curry and this was more on par with a broth. There was a puddle at the bottom and the rice became just soggy. If we weren’t so hungry and didn’t have guests over we wouldn’t have eaten it. I’m surprised by so many other peoples positive experiences because ours was far from. It was our first time ordering from here and unfortunately it will also be our last!
