   Not very often we get to go on a date night but came for a meal last night, we reserved a table and it took nearly 10 mins to get to sit down, another 10 mins for our drinks to be ordered, 20 mins for the drinks to arrive which we ordered our starters with, again this took an additional 25 minutes, I ordered calamari which was cold and was sat there for that long the lemon wedge dried up then eventually someone took our mains order which I ordered the bbq chicken with cheese and bacon, fries and coleslaw. (Photo sums up) plastic cheese a drizzle of bbq sauce… iv had better from McDonald’s to say it was like £20 something pounds and this came another 40+ mins later, had to ask a number of times how long things were going to be cause we was there for so long. I understand it was busy the waitress was kind but the kitchen staff had a busy restaurant and no end of Deliveroo food going out too. Super disappointed as it’s so expensive for what it is and by the time we got our food we was past hungry and didn’t want it at this point and had to eat it quickly cause of bowing which we gave ourselves 2 hours to eat for but was there the whole time. Wouldn’t return again, nothing taken off the bill or anything offered as an apology.

   Had Sirloin Steak and Fries at lunchtime, really great, friendly service. Best to get in early at on a Saturday lunchtime, as it began to get fill up around 12:45.

   Totally brilliant. We do not have one locally so glad to find on our travels. All my food was superb - garlic bread starter - spicy new York pizza and Caffe latte milkshake. Probably the best pizza I have ever had, complements to the chef. Would highly recommend. Apologies for photos but it was too good!

   We popped in on a Saturday evening, the kids menu had a great selection and the grandkids received crayons and an activity sheet. The waitress came to take our drinks order and the kids ordered their food at the same time. There was no rush for us as we wern't ready. Service was great, not overly attentive either. Food came out reasonably quickly and the portions were good. We also didn't realise that they had a kids eat free offer either - it was just deducted from our bill. Would go again, even without the grandkids!

   We recently visited Frankie and Benny's and had an excellent experience. The service was fantastic, especially from the man with the beard who seemed to be the manager. I ordered the house Mac n cheese, which was a generous portion – I couldn't even finish it! The Mac n cheese was incredibly moist, and the cheese was oozing off the fork. I also had a chicken burger and fries; the fries were perfectly crispy, and the burger was delicious. Overall, great service, great food, and good value for money!"

   Great and friendly service, food tasted nice (pepperoni pizza) was lovely with extra chillies. 4 stars as I think the menu has been reduced from what it used to be.

   Friendly and efficient customer service by the team. Location was clean and tidy. The vegan meatballs and Mac and Cheese resembled the real thing closely. No issues.

   Great American themed restaurant with lots of sports memorabilia stuck to the walls. I don't think it's owned by Frank & Benny but I could be wrong. Food is decent most of the time. The odd occasion we get the pizza base burnt . The shakes are nice and free parking outside.

   Tasty breakfasts, very filling and reasonable value for money. We went when they were running a promotion so it was far cheaper. One star knocked off because when we asked for the bill we received it, and then sat there for ages while nobody actually let us pay - it was the longest I've ever waited. Eventually we managed to call someone over, but because we were seated out of the way, nobody came close enough for about 10 minutes. Still, overall a positive experience.

   Nice atmosphere as expected here. Didn't order anything special and everything was cooked well. I was disappointed that ordering the extra cheese on chips resulted in a piddly drizzle on my mains. I wasn't even sure if there was any cheese there... I didn't mention anything but I am sure they would have dealt with it appropriately. Everything else was spot on. Management were great with an issue with a discount voucher. Shame I couldn't give it 4 stars, but removed a star for the cheese piddle.
