Staff are very rude and always miserable, food is always stale and hardly any sauce meat or salad. Definitely will be finding a better subway this is probably the worst I’ve been too. Always something everytime I go there
Order though uber eat 2 philly streak meals deal with one cola and one Dr Pepper. One sandwich came fine with everything in there but they replaced the drink with appetiser and 2 sandwiche came with just salad in there. When I rang the store it took me 10times to get though to someone. I got though to someone in the end and they wanted to me to buy the sandwich back to the store which was full of salad and was going to get in the end and I’ve told her that and she kept saying I can’t do nothing about it. The staff are so horrible and unhelpful.
The worst food I have ever had from subway. The portion size was ridiculous, the bread was basically stale I couldn’t eat it. I miss being able to see what goes on your sandwich rather then hiding behind the machines
I’ve been to Subway countless times, but this has to be the worst packaging I’ve ever seen. The sandwich was a complete mess when I opened it — torn apart, fillings spilling out, sauce soaked through the paper. It felt like it had been thrown together with zero care and wrapped just as badly. By the time I got to eat it, it was a soggy, falling-apart disaster. Totally ruined my lunch. Absolutely unacceptable packaging
We had ordered 2 tuna , and a chicken tikka salads when they arrived, half the items were missing on the salads, and not much of it absolutely disgusting, I drove to the store to show them what we had , the staff were rude when I approached them , and told us they had a busy day so they ran out of stuff, will never order from that store again customer service at its worst!!! Asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager doesn’t like to be contacted

Update August 2022 Amended to 2 stars after UberEats delivery. Placed order. Was out of stock of 1 item but notified on app after order placed. Tried to order replacement. App crashed. Tried to call branch to rectify. I rang for 40 minutes. No one answered phone. Messaged uber driver, he read message and ignored. Food arrived. Driver was not interested. Refused to give us the order until we gave him pin number. Food was crushed, missing sides and not great. One meal short as well. Will not order again. Disappointed after the price we paid. Original review in branch: Yum. Excellent price. Excellent service. Fresh and delicious. Very lovely staff with good banter.
Absolutely awful. Ordered on ubereats nothing wrong with them, just the shop. We ordered 3 sandwiches ALL of them were wrong. Clearly didn’t read the order. Sent wrong drinks. Just appalling really. AND MY BAG OF CRISPS WERE POPPED. ICK.
A good subway store can get busy and that's not ideal during social distancing as the out side area is limited parking at busy time can also be at a premium. Staff are efficient and every visit I have had made a perfect sub.
Best subway in the area. Always well stocked and bread always fresh. Staff very friendly. Only small fountain drinks available is the only slight criticism.
