   We had a wonderful time at Castello! The atmosphere is cozy, the food is delicious, and everything is beautifully prepared. I especially want to mention Selina, who took care of our table , she was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and always so sweet that her smile made the experience even better. Thanks to her care, our evening was perfect. We will definitely come back!

   Lovely food with big sized portions, steak and lamb chomps were flavourful and tender and the chicken was delicious, salad was fresh and rice was nicely seasoned, the staff were lovely and we had a little joke also brought out free soup for starters

   We Visited Cardiff and decided to try out Castello Grill House, the food was great, and so was the customer service. We had the platter which was really filling! Would highly recommend. Sorry my photos are not great, was too busy enjoying the food!

   We tried out this restaurant during our visit to Cardiff and we loved it. We ordered platter 1 which came with Chicken shish, lamb shish, chicken kofta, lamb kofta, chicken wings, lamb ribs, rice, fries and sweet potato fries. This came with bread and amazing sauces as a starter. The presention was amazing. We also tried out their Castello special smoothie (frozen mango and yogurt smoothie) and sunny beach mocktail and we loved it. The portions were generous and satisfying. The price was very reasonable for the food we had - very good value for money. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.We also got some lovely tea at the end which was on the house. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely dine here again when i’m back to Cardiff. Thank you Castello Grill House.

   The food here was amazing! We all ordered the mixed kebab with rice and salad, portion size was generous, the meat was tender and full of flavour, and the price was very reasonable. It also came with fresh bread and lovely sauces. The staff were very friendly, we ate here on a hot day and they were very accommodating and moved their fans to suit us. Overall a 5 star experience, thank you!

   The food wasn't great, but it did come in large portions. The Flying Burger has close to no flavour and the chicken is quite litteraly white. The Kufta tasted like it has been kept in the freezer for a year and the Chips were weirdly dry. The Waitresses were good and let us swap tables, so the service was great.

   I Visited Castellos one weekday afternoon to catch up with a friend. I have been previously, however, this instance I wanted to try new things on the menu. For starters, I had the moussaka which was pleasent and had a nice taste to it. I found it was best with the flatbread they provide. My friend enjoyed her houmous with shawarma. I would get this again next time. For our main, my mixed grill was really nice. Nothing new from what I had before, but for lunch on a Thursday afternoon, it does just fine. The shish kebab I took as takeaway at home. It was just as nice as the grill chicken and lamb pieces I had in the restaurant. My friend found the chicken wrap okay. Overall, I would return here. It was a nice atmosphere and the staff were attentive. In addition, the food was of good standard 4/5

   Second time coming here in a week and I LOVE everything about this place. Very clean, Modern, food tastes out of this world and the service from Fatima is 10/10 amazing! She goes above and beyond to cater to your needs whilst also being so welcoming and getting to know you. She remembered us from the last time and asked where the children were. It's all about the Little things. Their salad with pomegranate is sooo tasty! The falafel and rice everything has so much flavour. Great option of drinks too!

   After reading reviews our family decided to try it and happy we did. Nice friendly staff, good service, food and cocktails for the price are amazing. Highly recommended. Before we leave Cardiff we definitely will come back.
