   We had a lovely young girl serve us today, I don’t remember her name unfortunately. I think she was only 16 but what incredible service and what a lovely girl. My 5 year old girl thought she had made a friend! Lots of cuddles exchanged and overall a really warm interaction. My food was also lovely! Thank you very much and what a lovely member of staff you have gained.

   Amazing place, Amazing vibe and amazing food. Very friendly staff too. They also host regular events - like Quiz nights every Sunday. Menu is huge with a lot of variety. There’s a lot of parking space too, as it has a travelodge in the same premise. It’s very accessible just by the M4

   I had an excellent experience at Harvester! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good meal. The Unlimited Salad Bar was fresh, well-stocked, and full of variety—easily one of the highlights. My half chicken was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and served piping hot. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted freshly prepared. Service was quick and friendly, and the team checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. The price was great value for the quality and experience.

   Fabulous team here we were looked after extremely well as a table of 11 by Sammie and others, they went the extra mile to help us celebrate 3 birthdays and I got a special brownie surprise with a candle great as always will see you all soon ! Thank you

   We had high hopes for our visit after hearing how great your evening service was, so chose to have our wedding anniversary breakfast here. Unfortunately, we were met with disappointment. When we entered, we were greeted and shown to an empty table so it was great that we didn’t have to book. However, it all went downhill from there. My husband asked for a pot of tea and was brought just a cup of tea. When this was queried, we were told the pot of tea was only available if ordering unlimited tea. You’ll find that I have been charged for unlimited tea, so I’m not quite sure why we didn’t receive this. We also placed our order for food and were waiting around 40 minutes for our breakfast, only for the order to be incorrect. We both ordered fried eggs, but poached eggs were what was served. When this was raised with the waitress, she proceeded to speak over me and despite offering to bring us a replacement, I was not happy to accept this as we would have been facing a further wait, and we were very hungry at this point. The food in general was tasteless and not at all pleasant. There is no longer the option to self-serve continental breakfast which was much appreciated when facing a wait for hot food in the past. Overall, the food was poor and the customer service even worse. I would not be keen to return nor recommend to anyone else.

   Went there for my mum's birthday. There was 13 of us staff were very friendly. Looked after us all. Liked that the food came out all at once nice to see that. Food was piping hot. Food was great everyone said there food was lovely. The place is starting to look very tiered and needs a revamp to bring back up the standard.

   We booked this restaurant for after my son's graduation, we had to change times due to running a few hours late staff were fabulous and understanding, we had nice seating & enjoyed a fantastic meal, salad bar was stocked up could see the waiting staff going above and beyond to please customers even tho it was busy, although this isn't our local Harvester we do enjoy this one the best, many thanks to our waitress Coedy!! She was so helpful x

   Cannot say a bad thing about the place. They bent over backwards to help us out, the food was amazing and the service was even better. I had an unfortunately mishap where my blood sugars dropped and started feeling ill, the waitress put my food under the hotplate to keep it warm while i went to find a pharmacy and even cooking times were rushed to make sure i had eaten quick. Thanks to this amazing restaurant for understanding and helping

   We actually went to the harvester here was a lovely meal for our anniversary. Lovely staff ,poor people had to put up with our brother inlaw lol witch I apologise for he does think he is funny. But staff and place was excellent
