   I will not be ordering from here again. I have been ordering from here for a long time with no issues. When you order from their website the only option to pay is cash on delivery. Everytime I have received my change but on this occasion the driver walked off until challenged. He told me to phone the restaurant of which i did and was informed that this would be returned to me. This still hasn't been returned to me and seems like a scam. If they are doing this all night then they are stealing a lot of money from customers. I am not talking pennies here, a lot of pounds not being returned. If this isn't returned by the end of today I will be visiting the restaurant. The salad delivered with the onion bhaji was discussing and must have been left in the tub for weeks.

   Not good at all… Via Uber Eats food was on time but must be a different chef. Totally different vindaloo and chilli garlic curry. Full of sugar and bland. Garlic rice which used to be great had no garlic in it! waste of money. Do not recommend this place at all. Very sub standard Indian food.

   Disgusting! I previously left a 5 star review but have come back to change it after finding a huge amount of hair mixed into my aloo paratha. This amount of hair is no accident. Bombay grill have changed their name to spice village since the incident but it is still the same. Avoid! Bill, previous review and hairy bread attached as proof! I emailed them after hair gate and they didn’t even bother replying. I have never been so disgusted.

   Absolutely impeccable service. Even when the roads were icy, they delivered. I can't believe how amazingly they pride themselves with such dedication to customer satisfaction. Absolutely I can say that Bombay Grill is the best, nowhere else can even come close to competing. 10/10!

   Most RACIST staff with the worst food possible. Even after being polite and being as understanding as possible it was even hard to have a discussion about the complaints we had. I can compromise on the taste of the food as everyone has a different palette and preference, however it was hard to cope with the racist behaviour. Go for a Tesco meal deal over this. Check out kebab shops down the street.

   Ordered last night (a Saturday), and we were really excited because they had a whole vegan menu. Ordered, and a few minutes later I had a notification to say the order was cancelled because I’d called to cancel it…which I absolutely had not. Thought it was probably just accidentally cancelled by the restaurant, so reordered, and it went through, we got an estimated delivery time - all good. At the end of the estimated delivery time (over an hour after ordering), I called the restaurant to ask when it would be delivered. The guy was nice, and asked for my post code. As soon as I gave it, he bluntly told me he’d be cancelling it, and they “had no drivers”. Then he hung up on me. We checked the Uber Eats app, and Just Eat, and they were still offering delivery. So they were delivering, just not to us apparently. As if they wouldn’t have drivers on a Saturday night. To top it off, I got an email from Uber this morning to say because they had started my order (which they hadn’t, and had zero intention of doing) I’d been charged. Now I’ve got to fight my way through Uber customer services to get my money back. Proceed with extreme caution, if you’re determined to order from here.
