   For got to take photos but we went for the tapas from the specials menu and also another couple of tapas from the main menu. We were both impressed with the quality of the food and how well it was presented. Service was attentive without being over bearing. We have been a couple of times in the last few weeks and both times we had a very good experience.

   Warm, friendly and professional service. All the dishes we ordered were tasty, well presented and made from high quality ingredients. Lots to choose from on the menu. The restaurant is spacious and despite being very busy and quite noisy, it didn't feel crowded. We would definitely go again.

   Had a spectacular lunch here yesterday with 3 others. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, from the Pan con Tomato to the potato braves, the croquettes, the pork belly - everything was spectacular. Very, very attentive staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. Well done everyone. We will be back! X

   We've been to the bar 44 in Cardiff Centre loads of times as we love it, penarth was no different. We're both vegan, and the menu was great, they made sure to use vegan wine in our sangria, and our waiter recommended the artichoke, which was amazing, really nice a smoky.the whole meal was really reasonably priced, and we didn't feel rushed at all. The location is great, perfect after a walk along the pier, we'll definitely be back again at some point, thank you Bar 44 Penarth!
