This place is incredibly good value for money, has everything on the menu to suit all of my children’s needs.. one is a bit picky!! Eve, our waitress, was accommodating ,patient and polite. Even during a massive rush she made sure to see if all was well with all 3 courses. Will definitely be back. (Try the festive menu!!)

Visited the Cardiff Bay branch recently. The food was lovely, the service was even better. The waitress, Eve, was really friendly and made me and my partner feel really welcome. Will definitely visit again

Mixed reviews about this place, first of all greeted by a man who kept saying 2 seconds guys, 10 minutes later he finally came to us to then say he wasn’t allowing walk ins, after a discussion he gave us and the people behind us tables. we then went to the bar to order our food, the girls behind the bar were friendly professional and quite frankly they are the only reason the service is getting 3 stars not the man. The refill machine kept breaking so the bar staff made sure we had drinks. the tables were disgusting not cleaned at all again the man was the one cleaning them but doing a half assed job, and taking a long time to clear tables after people had left, wondering if they need more staff down there as the greeter should always be at their post and not cleaning tables. food wise - I asked for my steak medium well, 3/4 of the steak was lovely. the last 1/4 was chewy and not nice at all, and not close to medium / well. For the price of the food I’d expect better, even if it is just a harvester. The chips were lovely, the tomato looked rotten so left that, the peppercorn sauce was lovely! and the peas were not the best. overall probably wouldn’t go back here unless there was some major improvements.

Came on a quiet Monday morning for some food for my daughter's birthday with my mum and daughter. We were greeted and sat down promptly. Our order was taken in great time and the food was with us without much of a wait. All of our meals were stunning. Cannot fault the food one bit. It was all delicious. Mike the manager took my daughter's drink off the bill for her birthday and was very chatty and friendly. Eugine the waiter was also very friendly and can see he works very hard. The restaurant itself was very clean especially the toilets. It's not very often I go somewhere and want to write a review about a positive experience. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you to Mike and your hard working team.

Exactly what they claim to be. Perfect pub lunch. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Clean toilets, can order on the app or at the bar. Lovely beer garden for the summer. Only downfall is occasionally the wait times can be long when waiting for drinks for food.

The most polite and helpful staff, awesome food and excellent service, not just this time but every time. The restaurant was busy but we were found a table with a little one without a booking, food was again excellent and came out at a good pace considering it was busy/school holidays. Great value and every member of staff that spoke to us was very polite and made us feel welcome.

I have given a five star because I think it deserves it. Its not competing with the Ritz,The Strand Palace or even a Gordon Ramsey restauraunt, but it is true to what it claims to be,a family friendly chain restauraunt so I am giving it a 5 star for being just that.I had a breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. I am funny about my fried eggs and they were perfect, the baked beans had juice not the usual over cooked beans but fresh. The staff were wonderful from front of house to the cook, everyone was friendly and willing to help. I do not know why I have stayed away for so long but I have now returned to being a regular customer. I have to mention the quirky little milk bottles you get with a mug of tea, loved it.
