My children love this restaurant! The staff is always very nice and friendly, and they make us feel welcome every time we visit. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and the service is consistently great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
Fantastic burger spot! The meat was juicy, seasoned beautifully, and cooked exactly how I asked. Toppings were fresh and balanced, the bun was soft and lightly toasted, and the fries were crispy and flavourful. Service was quick and attentive. A top-tier burger experience!
This store caters for Muslims and is 100% halal. The food here was better than expected after planning to visit an alternative restaurant which was small and didn’t have enough seating. There was a party of 8 of us, there was plenty of seating at slam burger. Service was great, menu was easy to understand. Waiting was not an issue and a tag was provided and was ready to pick up when beeping. Restroom was pretty clean for the general area. And lastly meal was enjoyable for everyone except the chicken wings were a little bit on the salty side. Meal costs from £5-12 at time of review which was very affordable. People who leave bad reviews for deliveries can’t expect the food to be perfect… Overall very decent place to eat. Thanks!
Ordered a delivery meal from them and it arrived completely smashed. The delivery bag was in perfect condition so it leads me to believe they have placed it inside the bag all messy and smashed, maybe dropped it on the floor before? I don't know. I opened it up to also find this plastic strand inside the burger. Shocking. Get your standards right or at least try to hire people that aren't taking the piss with food. This could give someone food poisoning or worse. Absolute garbage for £14

Majority of food was good. I ordered chicken wings in barbecue sauce with the order and when I took a bite they where pink. I explained to the man behind the counter and he said he'd sort it. When they finally brought it, its was the same wings I'd initially took a bite out off, slightly heated and still pink but with a lot more barbecue sauce covering them to hide the fact it wasn't cooked. Would t recommend the chicken here at all.
We ordered food at 9pm - two chicken wraps and two chicken burgers after waiting an hour we got kids meals, chips and small burger. Then one man came, the man who he made mistake giving wrong orders - wanted to sort out. That took about 30mins. We got another order. That second order came all good but the chicken was burnt. That’s a shame because we loved their food but now it’s seemed like we made a mistake by ordering from them.
Food was on point. Everything was cooked properly and most of the items came out quite quickly. For the price the food was great value for money. The staff were super helpful considering it was quite busy and they got our orders right. There was 18 of us and we all managed to sit in and eat comfortably. Would 100% be returning.
Small area where you place orders, not much space to wait or dine in. There was however someone constantly cleaning tables, service was slow, a twenty minute wait for me and others around me. Food was tasty, the food was served hot. However the buffalo wings were awful (not to my liking taste). Chips are like McDonald’s chips. No Perspex screens at tills either. My kids enjoyed the burgers, I enjoyed the peri peri flatbread. Maybe a little bit more organisation at the front would be better for the business and customer’s. Oh and CASH only. Nearest cash machine charges too. On the plus side my daughter loved the happy meal toy/tree!!!
