   Visited Pim for a cooking class a few days ago with my partner and can honestly say we've not stopped talking about it since! Completely memorable experience and it really is more about the food. Although we did learn recipes, we've learned more about the meaning behind each ingredient and where the roots of Thai cooking came from. It has completely inspired me in the kitchen and obviously the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend visiting, but please know its an entire experience, and not your standard Thai restaurant. Pim is an absolute genius in the kitchen, a real entertainer, and his knowledge and love of Thai history is absolutely fascinating. Absolutely can't wait to visit again, thank you Pim!

   We had a cooking class from the one and only master Pim and can honestly say we've never had a better cooking experience. As much a lesson in history and philosophy as it was cooking. Pim made us feel part of the family and thoroughly entertained while showing us not only the how but the why of Thai cooking. Can't wait to come back. ไชโย

   Pim's@icookthai is literally run by one man: Pim himself. He is your chef, waiter, and entertainer, all rolled into one delightful and neat Thai package. The restaurant feels like a cozy living room, with seating for a maximum of about 14 people. We pre-ordered our dishes, and Pim came around to double-check them before whisking off to the kitchen. The Chicken Satay was stunning, and the Thai Green Curry was a pot of perfection. After the delicious meal, Pim seamlessly transforms from chef to entertainer. He picks up the guitar, and you take the mic for karaoke, creating a warm atmosphere full of good vibes. This place is more than just a meal—it's an experience.

   Pim cooks really tasty Thai food. The menu does change, and you have to order ahead of time via text. We had satay chicken to start, the satay sauce was insanely good and the chicken well cooked and juicy. Dim Sum was tasty but paled in comparison to the satay sauce. Mains we had massamam curry, rich and deeply flavoured well it partnered well with jasmine rice. Also had tamarind duck which was absolutely stunning, juicy fatty deboned duck with a sweet sticky tamarind sauce. Had the coconut rice alongside this which was incredibly tasty itself. It's bring your own drinks, so you save a bomb if you fancy some wine with the meal. Pim loves getting the guitar out and signing for you after too! Highly recommend pims. Edit 2023: Pim has smashed it out the park again. This time I had Chicken Chilli Basil and it was absolutely stunning. Unbelievably good flavours. The Satay starter was again divine. Pim even did karaoke with us after!

   Wow, what an incredible evening of food and entertaining. Pim is such a welcoming and happy host, who cooks the most authentically delicious Thai food and will provide you with an evening you will never forget! We’ve eaten in and had takeaway and the food is just out of this world every time; would highly recommend - kob khun krab Pim!

   Came here with people from work—Pim is usually not open of Tuesdays, but he opened to cook for us. Plate after plate I was amazed with such great quality and flavor; Pim was really friendly and a fantastic host. He even brought out his guitar and had the group singing! What a fantastic evening
